Quirk: Radio Static
Quirk type: Emitter
Quirk description: The user can make the sounds of radio static/white noise at different frequencies, at a high frequency, the opponent will lose focus and considerate on not going deaf as it can severely damage the ear drums. They can also make their voice sound like it's coming through an old microphone
Drawbacks: Using there quirk for too long (roughly 25 mins) can cause the user to glitch (but instead of it being the color glitching like with purple and green or blue or red, it's black and white) The user has to wear ear defenders as to not damage their own ear drums If the user is working with someone else the user will normally have to warn them to cover their ears so the radio static won't damage their ear drums
