Quirk description: The user can steal the soul of anybody around them. This gives them the power of a persons quirk (if they have one) their physique, and their knowledge
Drawbacks: Once the soul is taken, the the person is pronounced dead; but they will only die permanently if the soul is not returned within 30 minutes. If the user doesn't return the soul within that time limit, whether they choose quirk, physique, or knowledge, will now permanently apply to them and they will gain what was left of the persons life span
