Natsu x Lucy

Lucy was walking through town just shopping for some clothes when she saw a familiar pink head. She hadn't seem him in a while and called out to him. "Natsu!! Over here!" Natsu turned around and when he saw Lucy a big smile appeared on his face and he came running towards her.

"Hey Luce, whatsup, what are you doing here?" "It's been a while Natsu, where were you all this time? I'm just shopping." "I've been on this big mission on my own, I just came back. I happen to need to buy some things too, care if we go shopping together?" Natsu said with a smile. "Of course, sounds like fun." Lucy smiled back. "Where is Happy by the way? It's rare to see you without him." "He is stalking Charle again." Natsu sighed.

After Natsu buyed his things Lucy still wanted to get some new clothes and now there were at the changing rooms. "Luce, you're taking long." Natsu complained. "Almost done, I just can't decide on this one." Lucy opened the curtains to ask Nastu's opinion. She wore a pink shirt with small black stripes and some short black pants. "Suits you." Natsu just said. "You really think so? Usually I always go with skirts so I'm not so sure." "You look great Luce don't worry." "Okay thank you Natsu, then I'll change back and pay then I'm done." Lucy blushed a bit from Natsu's compliment.  She quickly changed and walked to the counter. Natsu walked after her. When they stood there Natsu surprised Lucy. "I'll pay Luce." "What?! No way Natsu thats too much, look how many clothes I'm buying!" "I don't care, I'm paying cause I want to, that last job payed really well." "I still think it's too much Natsu." Then the woman behind the counter cutt her off. "Could you please decide which one of you is going to pay? There are more pleople in the line." Before Lucy could do anything Natsu already paid, got her bags of clothes and walked to the door. "Natsu wait for me!"

"Really thank you Natsu!!" Lucy exclaimd happily. Lucy's smiling face made Natsu smile too. "No problem Luce. Let's go eat something now I'm hungry!" "Yeah me too." And so they went to look for something too eat. It was very busy up ahead and Lucy rememberd something. "Natsu! There is a fesival going on! Let's go look! I bet there is lot's of food too!" Lucy said all worked up. "Sure Luce if you want to, as long as there is food!" So typical Natsu, Lucy thought.

Lucy was right, there were lots of food stands. "Natsu lets eat some dangi first okay?" "Yeah food! Coming!" Natsu walked after Lucy to the dango stand. "How much dango do you want Luce?" Natsu asked her. "Just one portion is enough." "5 portions of dango please!" Natsu ordered. He sure is hungry, lucy chuckeld to herself. After Natsu paid again they went to look for a place to sit. "How much do I owe you for the dango?" Lucy asked Natsu. She felt a bit guilty for him paying again. "Nothing Luce, everything is on me today, I'm in a good mood." "Then thank you very much again Natsu, let's eat!" "Yeah!!" Natsu said with his mouth already full. They finished eating simultaniously. Natsu really eats fast, Lucy sweatdropped. "What do you wanna go do next?" Natsu asked Lucy. "Let's look around a bit more here."

After a few hours Lucy got tired. "Natsu, let's go home I'm tired." "Okay I'll walk you home." "Thanks."

As they walked to Lucy's apartment Natsu took Lucy's hand in his. Lucy look up to Natsu seeing him looking away and.... blush? She blushed a bit too but didn't let go of his hand.

They arrived at Lucy's house and stood at the door. Lucy took all her bags from Natsu and thanked him again. "I had a great time Natsu! Thank you fot paying for everything, next time the food is on me, okay?" Natsu still held Lucy's hand. "No." Lucy was surprised at his answer. "What do you mean no?" She asked confused. "On a date the man is supposed to pay right?" Natsu slightly squeezed Lucy's hand while saying that blushing and looking away. A date! Lucy thought shocked. So that is why he was so nice the whole day. Lucy was standing left in some sort of shock in her doorway. Natsu looked at here his cheeks the same color as his hair. "I gotta go home now Luce. See ya tomorrow I guess." Natsu gave Lucy a quick kiss on her cheeck and ran off. Lucy stood still in shock, she felt warm inside. See ya tomorrow Natsu, Lucy thought as her hand went to her cheeck. I love you....
