Ezra pov

The Alarm hit me like a bullet train. I knew this would happen but, hey, did i care about it? no. I finally got to have some social interaction that I actually wanted to have. Infact I actually feel pretty good about myself even though my body was constantly telling me I should've gone to sleep earlier. Down at the table Andrew can clearly see that I had a hard time staying awake.

"Hey Ezra, you ok? You seem more tired than usual."
I wondered if I should brag, since I never really liked to brag. buuuuuuuuut

"Yeah im fine. I just stayed up texting all night."

"With who???"

"Guess." I said with the biggest smile on my face."

"You dont mean..."

"Yes I mean."

"OH....MY...GOOOOOOOOD" Andrew squeals so hard I think my ears were bleeding.

"OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG I cant believe you actually had an actual conversation with someone. A girl no less. I cannot even."

"Andrew calm yo tits. You're starting to sound like a white girl."

"Im sorry its just so exited that even you have a chance to find someone."

"ooooookaaaaaayyyyy."

This was a mistake. When andrew goes full fangirl he can stay like this for a few days. And who do think has to deal with it? Me of course. On the car ride to school I swear he looked like he was gonna sparkle like if he was in an anime. After we made it to school i was just started to walk with no reasone untill I see someone I actually want to see.

Jacqueline's pov

Ugh, Why do i have to get up for this shit? I hate mornings. I really just want to fall asleep right here where im standing. That is until I see The one person in this place who I want to.

"Hey Ezra."

"Hi Jacqueline."

"You can just call me Jackie and you dont have to say the Overland part."

"Okay "Jackie" Hows it going?"

"Im just sleepy."

"Isn't everyone?"

"Life is a Bitch."

We both sorta laugh but then the bell rings and we have to go to class

"After you my'lady."

"Thank you."

"OHHH a gentlemen is he?"

lunch time.

Jackie's pov

"So Ezra who do you Know from around here?"

"Well...okay you see that group over there?"

I look over to the left to a table with three people.

"yeah."

"That's the bitch table, dont go there. The girl with the fire hair is Hanna, huge bitch, the guy in the black tank top is Ursa, and the girl that looks like a body builder is gastona."

"Ok then"

"And the table to your right has what I like to call the Prince table."

"Why?"

"They all act like a bunch of them. THe one with the red hair is aries, Im pretty sure he's a mermaid, the blonde one with extremely long hair is my cousin Raph, and  his girfriend Eugenia. The small guy over there is Blake snow, Quite an animal guy, the middle eastern couple over there is Ali and Jasper. The one with orange hair is Cedric and the one sleeping is Aaron, the Asian is murry, uhhh, those other two are Bill and Thiago"

"Ok. Anyone else you know?"

"Yes the two over there are Hiccup and Ashton. Quite the Dragon lovers."

"So Ezra, why don't you talk to many people?"

"What do you mean?"

"Well you haven't really talked to someone else since I've seen you."

"Well I'm kind of a shy guy."

"So how were you able to talk to me?"

"Well my brother has a thing for pushing me to do things and you seemed like a nice person."

That last part took me by surprise. Not many people have ever really called me nice. Well I don't really talk to many other people.

"So Jackie, got any friends back home?"

"Not really, I have a few but I wasn't one of those people that other people tend to ignore."

"So you could say we're both a couple of loners."

"Yep walking down the only road we've ever known."

"Hey but one good thing has happened to since you've got here."

"What?"

"you've just made a friend. And that friend is me."

The words hit me like an icicle to the heart. I leaned over to him and whispered in his ear.

"Thank you"

"I think I'm falling in love with this kid"
