Chapter 7: Brotherly advice

Ezra's pov

After about 3 hours drawing I flopped to my bed and couldn't stop thinking. Stupid brain, always overthinking never letting rest, you're my own worst enemy. All i could think about was.....Jackie.

"You like her don't you"

Shut up brain. I try thinking of anything else but of course my brain just loops back to her. At one point I had a thought. Jackie wanted to be noticed, and I'm not a person that wants to be noticed. Damn it brain why wont you leave me alone now i wont be able to sleep. This kept going for a while until I decided to ask Andrew for some advice. That boy is so extroverted that he could find a picture of himself in the dictionary.

"Hey Andrew?"

He jumps up in surprise from behind his laptop.

"uhhh yeah what is it?"

I try to contain my laughter

" I need some advice"

"Yeah about what?"

"I need some advice on how I could.....get some friends."

"Ah you finally decided to open your shell huh?"

"Yeah yeah you could say that."

"Sit down child Imma teach you."

I sit down on the floor in front of his bed.

"Well if you want to make friends you have to communicate with people and talk."

"ugh I hate talking."

"Yeah I know you do but that's just something you have to do it."

"ugh but how?"

"you just have to open yourself up and don't be shy."

"OK that's the corniest thing you have ever said."

"Doesn't matter you just need be more open up and not stay in your shell. Your more closed up than a clam with super glue."

"Okay fine ill try doing that okay?"

"Sure. OH and are you doing this for Jackie?"

"WHAT NO!!!!"

"Oh really???"

I swear his smirk looked like it would break his face in two

"Yeah really."

I stand up to leave but before I go.

"Hey Andrew next time make sure your headphones are plugged in better I could hear moaning from the hall."

"TELL NO ONE!!!!!"

As a leave he throws a pillow at me. AH sweet revenge,
