Basically, the name explains it.
OC in love with (Crush), but come down with Hanahaki as they believe their (Crush) loves someone else.
Eventually (Crush) finds out. Maybe they see OC puking up the darn petals, or maybe they don't find out until the last minute and OC is dying in front of them.
The thing is crush does love OC, and ends up confessing, but are they too late?
