Once again, everyone has fantasy like abilities, like mentioned in the last fantasy au chapter.
OC is carried back from a match unconscious and injured so severely that they could die. They are taken to Emily who manages to successfully heal them, however, when they awake they can remember everything but their crush. It's an after effect of what Emily used to heal them.
What does crush do to try and get them to remember? Maybe the effects of the item Emily used are only temporary?
Alternatively, OC actually does die and is now a ghost. They watch as everyone in the manor slowly forgets them, the only person who remembers them is crush. Somehow, something happens allowing crush to see OC's ghost, but nobody else can. The two of them are fine for a while, but soon OC begins to feel sad. Because OC feels saddened by how everyone seems to have forgotten them, and they can't talk to anyone anymore, other than crush of course, crush goes out of their way to try and find a way to bring oc back to life, even if it means they won't come back completely human (like they find a spell book that brings OC back but as a vampire or something like that). This one could start when they die, a while afterwards with crush maybe thinking about oc, or you can decide how it starts.
Also, for both of these, you can switch oc and crush's roles.
