John's pov

i watch Thomas walk through the door with James

"Oh hello!" i put my pen down and hug thomas and james 

"Hello john!" he smiles as i sit back down

"Watcha doin?" he stares at my paper and i look up 

"Well james i am doing paper work" i smile but then continue to write on the paper 

"Oh. Bonjour James and Thomas!" i hear lafayette while i look at the paper and study it before writing some more

"Hello lafayette" i lift my head up and stare at them

"I can't take you seriously with those glasses on john." James laughs a bit and i stare at him

"They are lexie's glasses dickhead" 

"So you take his glasses?"

"Yes." i look back at the papers scattered on the coffee table and continue to write not listening to the front door opening 

"AND WE ARE BACK!" i jump from getting scared as maria and philip walk through the door and philip tugs on my shirt

"What philip?" i look up and stare at him as he grabs my arm

"Come onnnn!" i sigh and let him take me to the other room with maria

"Okay lafayette and john!" i watch her take some clothes out the bag and hand it to us

"Uhm?"

"Just put it on!" i stare at maria then at lafayette and groan before walking into the bathroom and change

"What the h..." i stare at the outfit in the mirror. the shorts the crop top and the fucking fishnets

"Maria i look like a damn stripper.."

"Woops i switched the outfits up!" i groan and run back into the bathroom and throw the outfit at lafayette through the door and he hands me mine

"Maria..." i look at the white crop top the skirt and the black knee high socks

"Sooo?"

"I guess it is okay.." she giggles and hugs me

"If i get fucked because of this shit maria..." 

"I mean? legs shakin ay??" she laughs awkwardly and i shake my head

"Never say that again." i stare at lafayette and he nods to agree with me also

"Ye..." 

"We are home!" i hear alex's voice and i shake my head

"Go now!" she pushes us out of the room and i fall onto the couch 

"Hi thomas" i look at him as my vision is upside down 

"Hello" i smile as he hugs onto james and i feel alex pick me up

"hello to you too!" i give him a kiss and smile and watch him examine my outfit 

"Helloooo! we are still here!" i look back at thomas and laugh

"yeah yeah whatever!" i wave at them as he takes me to the room and he shuts the door

"Look how cute you look doll!" i smile as he kisses my cheek and then kisses my neck

"Our wedding is coming up are you excited?" i nod and smile as he picks me up 

"That is good!" i wrap my arms around him and kiss his cheek

"Hey sorry to burst in!" i look at Eliza and look at the ground

"uhm. anyways sorry to burst in but.." alex puts me down as eliza's voice drops 

"Phillip...we can't find him he went outside and then never came back in..." she stares at me and i gasp

"Oh my god.." i run to lafayette and grab his arms as he falls to the ground

"Not again..""

Leading onto chapter 28 (dialogue)  

everyone is in distraught...lafayette is hurt inside, George is in anger, theodosia is worried..., and john...he is pissed. 

"PHILLIP?!" 

"WHERE ARE YOU?!!" 2 nights in still no luck, search teams, asking people but no luck..john is getting more pissed than ever and he may have a thought on who it is...His parents. they we're angry when he got taken away from them and maybe they have wanted to take him back...
