Walking back to Katheryne to collect my daily commission rewards, then I hear some bicker around."What's the fuss?", you asked Katheryne while collecting your reward. "Your father has saved a baby and now the baby is sleeping back at the Adventurer's Guild", Katheryne said."Ah I see, I'll go check it out. Thanks", you said walking to the Adventurer's Guild."Okay, goodbye", Katheryne said.

=After Some Time=

You've finally arrived at the Adventurer's Guild. You enter the Adventurer's Guild looking for your senior."I'm back. I hear you have saved a baby? Is that true?", you asked the old man."Yes, and I think it'll be better to find it's parents", the old man said.

You thought back of the same scenario, but when you were a child and got rescued by him.

~Flashback~

On the bright afternoon, you and your mother were walking down the woods enjoying the nature lord barbatos has given.

Mom POV

"I have to get rid of him quickly! He's such a bother!", I thought."Right! I'll just have to distract him and run away! Ugh! Why did that man impregnated me to such an ugly child!"

"|Name|! Can you pick some small lamp grasses for mommy? Mommy will very much appreciate it", I said."Okay!", you said."Perfect!",I thought. I left the place without him noticing.

Your POV

"Mommy! Here!", you called your mom holding some lamp grasses."Mommy!", you called again but with no avail. You searched the area but to your luck again, no one answered. You started crying you were afraid to be alone."Wah!", you cried so hard. You sat on your knees still crying. You don't know what to do, you were still a child. You have no knowledge of were you are only your mom do.

After some minutes, you started to get hungry."Huh?", you said as you lift up your head and smelled really good soup. You hesitate to go to were the scent is but you were too hungry to stop yourself.

You grabbed a rock cause maybe someone attacks you. You looked if there's someone, then you see nothing. So you walked towards the scent and see some silhouettes cooking the dish. The silhouettes are weird looking, a big head with a small body and with a shield.

You walked towards the silhouettes and asked,"Hello. I'm lost and hungry, can you tell me we're am I?". They all looked at you and started running towards you attacking. You backed down and run for your life.

You trip to a small pebble and knew you were done. You crawled to your safety but the hilichurls catched up to you. So you screamed, you screamed at the top of your lungs. Hopefully someone might notice a feint scream.

Old man POV

Walking and doing commissions was my daily life. Nothing interesting just like daily chores. Walking to go back to Katheryne, I heard a feint scream. Running towards the so many thoughts caught up to me. What if there's a person that is in need of help? What if it's a trap? Going to the scene and for the worse. There's hilichurls cornering a small child.
