No-ones POV
Dream and George had been friends for a couple of months now. They always hung out after school. Dream would always surprise George with gifts or places to go. He would always do it... whether George was sad or upset and even when there was nothing wrong just to do it. George didn't mind the surprises but felt bad Dream would always waste money on him.
George decide he wanted to do a little surprise of his own. But it could cost too much because he was broker than broke. George spent 2 weeks planning this surprise sometimes missing out on hanging with Dream just to plan it. He had felt bad for lying about doing some school project to ditch hanging out with him.
"I am finally done." George said writing the last few words on a note.
Georges surprise wasn't big or extravagant but it was the best he could do sense he was on a $50 budget. It was going to be Friday tomorrow and George had hidden everything he needed to hide for his surprise expect this last letter that he would just hand deliver. George was excited to surprise Dream tomorrow.
*The next Morning*
George had gotten dressed really quickly and ran almost half way to school. He would really have to tone it down before Dream saw.
George saw Dream in the hallway surrounded by 3 of the quote on quote popular people. He decided to wait at the lockers across from them not wanting to ruin their conversation.
"Uh what do you guys want?"(D)
"Well first off my names Tommy, That's Wilbur and Tubbo." The other two boys waved as the kidish looking boy continued his sentence.
"We have been seeing you hang out with that other nerd looking kid and wanted to ask if you wanted to ditch him and hang out with us."(Tommy)
Georges POV
I wanted to walk away scared of what Dream's response would be. Would my only friend leave me for the popular dudes. I stop over thinking things and start to pay attention to their conversation again.
No-one's POV
"So what do you say green boy." (A/n: Dreams Always wearing a green mask with a smile.) Tommy said awaiting his answer.
"You want me to ditch George for you guys." Dream tried to hold in his laugh back at the fact they think he would ever leave George for them. He saw George across the hall waiting for him.
"Well the simple answer is no. I would rather hang out with him even if he is a nerd which he is not. Later jerks."
"Come on Georgie let's go to class." Dream said walking up to George.
"Oh- Okay."
They started to walk to there first period class that they usually sat in every morning.
Tommy and his friends were still shocked he had said no. Tommy was a bit pissed that he did it in front of the whole school.
George and dream sat in there seats like usual with Dream in front and George behind him.
"Hey Dream, why did you choose me over them." George asked looking down towards his feet. "You could be popular and make more friends other than me."
"Georgie I only want you." Dream said while lifting Georges head up to face him
They both smiled and continued on with there day.
