"We are meeting here today on the account of Jonathan Christopher Morgenstern. We have evidence and reason to believe he is plotting to destroy the clave. We will use the mortal sword on 5 shadowhunters. Those five shadowhunters are Jonathan Herondale, Alexander Lightwood, Isabelle Lightwood, Jocelyn Fairchild, and Clarissa Morgenstern. First we would like Alexander Lightwood to stepforth."
Alec walked up and took the mortal sword.
" I am going to ask you a seris of questions you must answer truthfully. First, Do you know Jonathan Morgenstern?"
"Yes" Alec answered.
"Do you know of any relationship between the Morgenstern siblings?"
"I know that Clarissa hates her brother for what he has done but Se- Jonathan believes that Clarissa belongs to him and will one day join him."
"Do you believe that she will join him?"
"I believe that she will not join him.... willingly."
"What so you mean Alexander?"
Damn... Alec thought.
"Jonathan has ways of..... persuasion."
"Do you know any of his ways?"
"Beatings, that's all I know of." Alec said.
"Next, Isabelle Lightwood."
Isabelle stood and approached the mortal sword.
"Isabelle Lightwood do you know of Jonathan Morgensterns actions?"
"Yes"
"Do you know if the Morgenstern siblings have a relationship?"
"No"
"Do you believe that Clarissa will ever join Jonathan?"
"Not as far as I can tell, Clarissa hates her brother, yet Jonathan thinks she will one day join him."
"Do you know of Jonathans ways of persuasion?"
"No" a searing pain shot through Isabelles arm.
"You lie now tell me what you know."
"I know that Jonathan beats people and I know he has other ways, but I do nor know anymore than that."
"You may go. Next, Jocelyn Fairchild. Do you have any reason to Stand by Jonathan side?"
"No"
"Do you believe that Clarissa will ever join Jonathan?"
"No"
"Do you know any relationship between the Morgenstern siblings?"
"No"
"Do you know any line of persuasion that Jonathan uses?"
"He beats people and please them."
"Thank you you may go. Jonathan Herondale please come forth. Do you have a relationship with Clarissa Morgenstern?"
"Yes. she is my girlfriend."
"Do you know of any relationship between the Morgenstern siblings?"
"Clary hates him and Jonathan thinks of her as a lover and expects to get his way with her."
"Do you believe Clarissa will ever join Jonathan?"
"She would never and I believe that."
