Hi there.
I have posted a couple of short stories on here before, each of them not being that great, and I am in the process of rewriting them, but this story was written solely to be published by a magazine. I was not allowed to post the story anywhere else prior to submitting my story to be considered, so I have been holding on to it for a while. It's not written conventionally, and I don't think that it's my best work.
That being said, this was written with the intention of bearing my feelings that I have been holding on to for a while in an attempt to find closure and solace. This story was rejected for publication, and while I have been reluctant in letting people read this, I figured I may as well go all in.
