STUCK BETWEEN TWO WORLDS

Chapter 1
I can still remember the hurtful look on my face when my dad walked out on me and my mum, yeah it's crazy for a baby who's barely walking to remember such painful event in her life.. but according to my mum she always say I'm special..

*Flashback*

"Jack, are you even listening to me.. you can't leave us like this" my mum said..

I was staring up to my dad when he walked up to me and placed a soft kiss on my head..  by then the tears where already flowing out from my eyes..

"Jack, Jack, Jack, please don't leave us like this we need you, your daughter needs you.."

but my dad did not even try to look  back, he walked out the door and that was the last time I saw his face..

*Flashback ended*

Checking the time it's 3am.. and it's summer break.. how I'm I going to get my sleep back, giving up on it.. I stayed up till it was bright in my room..

My daddy Mack and his wife Sarah walked into my room with a love shaped blue cake and candles lit on it..
yep these are my my family a smile crept on to my face as I gave them my attention..

*Flashback*...

"Aww honey, Isn't she adorable, can we keep her?"
The man close to her who I assume then was her husband laughed out loud " sweetheart, she's not a pet, we have to go through the procedures first you know" he said while placing a kiss on her head.. 

Ok, after my dad Jack left, my mum couldn't provide for the both of us.. it was really hard on her so she dropped me off at the orphanage home..
"I'll be back for you my dear" she said before living..

So here I am being a cute baby in front of these lovely couple..

*End of flashback*

And these lovely couples are now my family..

"Make a wish darling" my daddy Mack said..
"I wish you you're both happy wherever you are" I made a wish in my mind before I blew out the candles..
"Happy birthday sweetie" my mummy Sarah said placing a kiss on my head..

" Thanks mum, thanks Dad.." I said with big smile on my face..

"Okay now.. get ready, it your day today... "
With that they walked out of my room.. while I prepared myself for the day..

Getting to the living room, my mum has already prepared breakfast, but I wasn't in the mood for it so I just picked up a pancake and sipped a little bit of orange juice.. 
taking my skating board with me I could here my mum yelling but I was already out the door

*Be back by 4pm, it's your day don't forget*.. my mum messaged me.. I tucked my phone back into my pocket and skated to the park...  

Skating to the park took me 30minutes.. with the cool breeze touching my face, I could only smile.. I've got a loving family even when I know I'm not theirs.. they still love me, I've got a best friend who's waving at me like a maniac, I shook my head and laughed silently.. Mona ran to me engulfing me in a thight hug squeezing the breath out me her high pitch voice making me wince

"OMG!!!!!!... Christy HAPPY BIRTHDAY"!!! She shouted..

" You're making me breathless Mona, do you want to kill me on my birthday" with that she let me go with a gasp " so sorry bestie, I'm so happy you're 17.. one more year to go and you're 18" 

I'm older than Mona with some days but she keeps acting as if she's 10.. I rolled my eyes at her, but can't resist her, she's my best friend after all...

"Thanks Mona, I know.. I'll keep it in my mind.. where's my gift" that spiked her up, she started jumping up and down giggling that set a smile on my face...

I'm surrounded by happy people, I hope it always be like this...
She searched her backpack and brought out a blue Snickers, damn girl, she knows what I like..

I'm not really a shoe person, I took the Snickers from her and hugged her..
"thanks Mona".. " mum is planning a party...." I trailed off cause that opened her ears wide and eyes shining..

" OMG, it's going to be a blast, what should I wear, we need to go shopping"
yea, Mona is also a party freak,

Sarah and Mona always get along as if she were her daughter.. 

dragging me out of the park I lost my balance and fell, well I thought I was falling but to my surprise I was caught.. I was pulled up by the stranger
"OMG, Christy I'm so so sorry, how clumsy of me" she was about to start rambling when I cut her off

"it's okay Mona I'm fine" still holding hands with the stranger I turned to face the person.. but was shocked I never expected to see him here and now....

So this is the first chapter..
I'm still working on my writing skills, so do tell me if it's okay..
