What?!

Dash was on his way home from football practice when it happened. He heard a cry of pain from the alley he was passing and debated whether checking it out was a good idea. It could be dangerous. But he knew that Phantom would definitely at least see what was going on and he wanted to be like Phantom, so he went down the alley.

Imagine his surprise when the only person there in the ghost he was just thinking about, with what looked like a huge gash on his torso.

He froze for a few seconds before shaking himself out of his stupor and running towards his hero. It seemed he had passed out right before Dash found him. He immediately placed pressure on the wound that covered a large portion of Phantom's stomach and tried to think of what to do.

He couldn't bring him to the hospital, they only knew how to keep living people alive, and adults tended not to like Phantom anyways. The Fentons were definitely out despite the expertise in ghosts, they'd probably just dissect him. Dash was panicking and could not think of a solution other than just taking the ghost boy to his house and doing first aid himself.

He reached down to pick Phantom up, but just as he got his arms around him, there was a flash of light around the ghost's waist, and Dash immediately tensed. It might be a defensive attack that he could perform while unconscious. Instead, the light turned into rings that ran up and down his body, changing the ghost's appearance as it passed by him.

When it was over, Dash had a bleeding Danny Fenton in his arms and there was only one thing he could think of to say.

"Weston was right?!"

Okay so this one was short but I got the idea in my head of someone saying that upon discovering and immediately started writing. Probably been done before, but I don't care.

I hope you're all having a good summer!
