HIRING

we are hiring right now! we are looking for people who genuinely want to help others through their pain. these people need to be good listeners and able to talk about trauma and any other triggers.

THE PROCESS

the process includes thorough vetting of your experience with trauma and triggers. you don't necessarily need to have trauma in a certain area to help, but you need to know a good amount on the topic. admins will run through scenarios with you to make sure you are equipped to help someone in need.

admins
- admins are supervised by GOXDIE-
- they supervise all motions of the community and monitor behavior of everyone

- a flexible schedule
- be able to maintain a professional manner

- help individuals with trauma and triggers
- in summary; unlicensed therapists

- need to either have experience in the trauma or know about it
- need to be able to empathize with others

FAQs

i don't want to work in trauma.
no worries! you can apply to many other positions within the community. we need much more than trauma workers

i've never experienced the trauma i'm interested in.
totally okay. all you need to have is extensive knowledge on the subject, i.e different ways the trauma could present itself in life or how to cope.

do i need to be online 24/7?
absolutely not. we all need rest! hopefully we'll get to a point where there's always someone available at a time but until then we'll get to a message when we can.

do i get paid?
no, this is a free service

do i need to follow the account for service?
no! if you want to you can but we won't turn you down because you're not following us

do i need to follow the account and the admins for hiring?
yes, we would like all of the admins to be a tight-knit community themselves and following each other will create that sense of family.
