My Mom and Dad were characters. Dad always wanted to impress the big people, while mom was shy and always hid herself from people. Growing up, i was closer to my mother, She always made sure i had things, clothes,  food, always made sure i woke up and got myself ready for school.

Mom had a unique bright aura. Taking me to school, she would listen to the 80s channel on the radio, singing as loudly as she could, and me? jamming right along with her. Mom loved everything about the 80s, the hair , makeup, although she grew up in the 2000s. As i said before, Dad always cared about impressing the " big dogs" , people he never mentioned to mom, just would sugar coat them alittle bit just so she never questioned him.

He said " its lodge stuff hun, you wouldnt get it", and my mom would keep silent. She never questioned or asked why about anything, anything he did, but he pointed out everything my mom did wrong, or just something he didnt like, or something she did that upset him he..always ..ALWAYS brought it up. Mom loved him she really did, she took everything he had always put on her, kept it on her shoulders all the time, taking the weight.
