I know rules are never fun and more often than not we believe that they are meant to be broken, but I think we'll all agree that rules make it easier for us to function properly.
So to make sure everything runs smoothly here and there aren't any unwanted delays in fulfilling the orders, we need to follow some rules, okay?
• BE PATIENT •
This is the most important rule here. Please be patient as I work on your order. Seeing that I work alone here, you should understand that it would take me a little time to make you the perfect order.
Usually, I would take less than a week to complete your order but I can make exceptions on special requests :)
• NO SHOP-HOPPING •
It is really disrespectful to a designer who is putting so much effort in making you a cover or anything else that you have ordered only for you to cancel on her and take up someone else's offer. So please refrain from doing that. If you have already asked someone else to work on your cover, please do not order here too and visa versa.
Respect art and talent :)
• COMPLETE THE PAYMENT •
Please make sure you complete the payment (listed in another chapter) before you receive your order. You will not be provided with the graphic link before you do so. It's the least you can do to appreciate your designer's hard work :)
• BE ALERT •
Please be quick to respond once I have uploaded your order here. Your reviews and any kind of redos required are most welcome but please remember to polite and mannered while requesting a redo. Any kind of delay in collecting the order or any rude remarks regarding the work done will not be entertained.
• CREDIT IS MANDATORY •
All requesters are asked to do the bare minimum of giving some credit where it's due. A simple mention of your designer and a little appreciation for her work in your wonderful book isn't much to ask now, is it?
• BE KIND •
Kindness is the new best policy. Remember to be kind and polite when giving your requirement and also when collecting your orders. I have said it before and I'll say it again, any rude remarks will not be entertained.
• FORMS •
Please be very descriptive with your thoughts and ideas when filling your form which is given later in its designated chapter. Please be patient once you have placed your order, I promise I will get to you and fulfill your order the best I can :)
