*The Next Day*
Cheryl's POV:
After I went to see Toni I headed over to Pop's to try and see if I could get a job there. I know it wouldn't pay the best but it was better than nothing. I sighed and got out of my car walking through Pop's big red door. P- Hey Cheryl, what brings you hear today. Ch- Hey Pop. Umm, I'm looking for a job. I saw on your website that you were hiring and I was wondering if I could get a job here. P- Yeah sure although I have to tell you Pop's dosen't pay much and I imagine that with everything going on wiht Toni, you would want a better paying job. Ch- Yeah, I do but your the only place in town hiring other than the bank so, I don't really have many other options. V- Hey Pop, I'm gonna put an ad out on La Bonne Nuit's website. I'm looking for a new bar tender since Reggie quit. Ch- I could do it. V- Oh hi, Cheryl I didn't see you there. How are things with Toni has she started to rember anything? Ch- No she hasn't. I looked down quietly. Trying to show that I really didn't want to talk about it. Ch- But that's actully why I'm here. I am looking for a job to help take care of me and the girls once our savings runs out. And I was gonna ask Pop for a job but... You said your looking for a bartender right? V- Yeah. Ch- Well I could do it. I don't really have any experience but, I'm a fast learner. V- Ok, Your hired. Ch- Wait really! Thank you so much Veronica. V- Yeah of course girl and if you need anything, I'm always here. Ch- Thank you so much, this really means a lot. V- Your first shift starts Monday (it's friday btw) Ch- Ok and .again thank you so much. V- Your welcom. Ch- Uh crap it's 2:20 I have to pick the girls up in Ten minutes. I gotta run but I'll see you on monday. V- Bye. P- Bye Ch- Bye. I left Pop's happy to have a job and some way to support the girls and myself for that matter.
