Alone

I CANT!

Abi POV
After lunch we went to Mr.Mathews class. I can't believe I found him and by him I mean Lucas. When we got to Mr.Mathews class he said "Everybody has a word that defines them some good some bad I want you to write the bad one on the back of your for arm." He handed me the black sharpie I wrote the word ALONE. After every body went Mr.Mathews said "Abigail come up here and tell us the word on your arm." I walk up "It says ALONE." I say "Tell us why." Mr.Mathews said "I can't." I say. "Why not?" He asked. "I JUST CANT!!!!!!!" I yell. I look around the class room everybody is looking at me. I feel like I am about to cry. WHAT I HAEVNT CRYED SINCE I WAS A BABY!! I walk out of the class room slam the door. Slide down the lockers and cry.

Riley POV
"I CANT!!" Abi screamed then she walked out the door and slammed it. I get up and walk out the door and here a faint crying sound I look down the hall and see Abi up agents the lockers crying. "Hey." I say "Hi." She says with her head between her knees. "What happened?" I asked sitting down next to her. "He doesn't understand why I can't tell him." She said more to her self than me. Then Maya came out "What happened?" She asked. "I am alone." Abi said. "How?" I asked "I never had many friends or anybody who cares about me for that matter. My dad and Lucas were the only ones in my family that did. My mom only cared about Lucas. My dad cares about both of us. When my parents got divorced they split everything down the middle. Including me and Lucas my mom took Lucas and my dad took me. I never saw him again until now. And then their is Asher and Dylan. They are my only friends I never had friends really. At least not true ones. My dad left for the military and I had to move her. Every time I love someone they leave me." Abi said "I push everybody away cause I don't want to fill my self up with hope and happiness when I know they will leave me eventually." I was about to say something when Maya said "Riley let me fix this one I know how she feels I and I think I can fix her." I nodded and went back to the classroom.

Maya POV
"Abi?" I asked timidly. "What?" She said banging her head against the lockers. "I know how it feels to feel like no one cares about you." "You do?" She asked. "I do,my dad left me when I was a kid I basically have half a mom." "Wow that stinks." Abi said "The only reason that I am ok is because of my friend like Riley,Lucas and Farkle." "Your the lucky one then." Abi said "your true friends are in that room over there and my friends are on the other side of the country." "Maybe you just need to find your true friends." I said "I already have." Abi said. "What?" I asked surprised "who?" "You guys." Abi said "you guys excepted my apology even after I was so rude to you guys. That's real friend ship."she said with a smile. I smiled back and we went into the class room together.
