Tsukasa Amane is 17 year old magical girl, she 158 cm in hight, she had Dark Brown Hair & Dark Red Eyes, Tsukasa comes from Kosho Ward In Kamihama City, Her Soul Gem Similar to her sister is a Red Yin-Yang Necklace on the Neck, Her Weapon is a Shinobue which is a Japanese Bamboo Flute, This Type of Flute is used in Shinto Music. Tsukasa Witch and Doppel is Dee, and Tsukasa attends Kosho Academy in the 11th Grade, Tsukasa wish was for her Sister when the both became Magical Girl's as they did not want to Hate on another.

Tsukuyo's twin sister, Tsukasa hopes to liberate Magical Girls. Born into a family of traditional bamboo craftsmen, she runs the household to support her father and his apprentice. Though she is cheerful and has many friends, Tsukuyo is the only one she can open up to.

The Doppel of disassociation. Its form is an aquarium. The master of this emotion will not bend or break to any situation or circumstance, but she will lose herself utterly in her other half, the only person who truly understands her. Through this, the two are capable of severing their connection to the world outside. No matter the opinion or attitude taken, together in their miniature world they can only trust each other's presence. No one else can understand them. This Doppel shuts out any unknown values in order to keep its master's spirit stable, though doing so causes her sense of ethics to weaken.

(Tsukasa in the Main Story)

Tsukasa appears with her sister,Tsyukyo When the Mikazuki Villa Magical Girl's at the Time which was only Yachiyo, Iroha and Tsuruno and Felicia Mitsuki who joins them after, Go to Defeat the Uwasa of Misery Water, When Iroha and Felicia Drank the Water and have there days count down by fake good luck, Kyoko Sakura is also involved in this, When going to the hide out of Uwasa of Misery Water where it's being guarded by Wings of Maguis members

Two White Feathers, They are Revealed to Be Tsukasa and Tsyukyo Amane, They do start off as antagonists at the Beginning, But become allies after the last battle of arc 1, and the disband of the Wings of Magius, to become the Kamihama Magia Union.

(Tsukasa's Side Story)

In an abandoned museum, Mifuyu Azusa tells Tsukasa and Tsukuyo that the AI Rumor has disappeared and they need to be more careful. The Amanes apologize, claiming their actions were worthless. Mifuyu says they did a good job on the website and won't blame them. Tsukuyo wonders why their opponents are so fixated on Rumors. Tsukasa says if they just left them alone, the victims will eventually be freed. Mifuyu says that Iroha is looking for her younger sister and found a lead in the Rumors.

The Amanes are reminded of themselves, when they didn't know each other. Alina Gray appears and asks what they're talking about. She says she's curious about their past and wishes, and says she'll let them off easy if they tell her. She says their flutes might become her favorite pigment if they don't say anything. The girls understand, and begin their story.

A long time ago, Tsukasa was far busier than she was, doing errands and chores for her father's workshop. At school, after supplementary lessons ended, Tsukasa would go to leave. It turns out she handles the family finances and grocery shopping. As Tsukasa begins to depart, a girl says she was waiting for Tsukasa's lesson to end so they can hang out. Tsukasa apologizes but says she has to go for errands. The girl says she's boring, but Tsukasa says she has to care for her father's live-in apprentices. The girl asks if that's something a kid should be doing, but Tsukasa says if she doesn't do it, no-one will and she won't have a place for herself. The girl says Tsukasa should run away, but Tsukasa says she can overcome anything with a smile.
