I Didn't Realize I've Fallen for You

Chapter 8

Cherry's POV

Regan recovered the following day. I woke up early and cooked breakfast. I really miss Adrian. My tears started falling but I immediately wiped it away. I need to be strong. None of us went to work for almost a week.

"Hey Che, how are you holding up?" John asked.

"Good, I guess." I answered.

"How about Regan?" John asked again.

"He's fine. By the way, breakfast is ready." I gave them a small smile.

I went to Regan's room to wake him up.

"Cherry, we'll get going." Aubreigh said.

"Huh? Isn't it too early?" I asked.

"Yeah. Don't wanna be late for work." Triz replied with a smile.

"So, you guys are not going to ride with us?" -Me

"Oh, no. We'll just get a cab." -John

"Ok. Bye." -Me

"Bye!"

The girls gave me a hug and then went to work.

"Regan, wake up. It's already 7 am."

"What?!" he sort of panicked.

"Calm down. I cooked breakfast, so why don't we eat first before it gets cold."

"Ok, honey."

"What-?! Honey?!" I slapped his shoulder.

"Ow! I was just kidding." He said while rubbing his shoulder.

We ate breakfast and prepared for work. I finished preparing so I waited for him.

"Finally! What took you so long?" I asked.

"Nothing, just making sure that I'm not that handsome. Girls might fall head over heels for me if I make my already handsome face even more handsome." he grinned.

"Ugh! Gross!" I said as we both laughed while heading to the parking lot.

Aubreigh's POV

I went to work early 'cause I still have some designs to finish. I can't wait to meet the models. It's already 9:30 so I went to the canteen to buy some food.

As I was walking towards the table, somebody bumped into me.

"Hey! Watch where you're going!" I yelled.

"I'm so sorry, was your food spilled or something?" he looks as if he was ready to help when I noticed something about him. He looks familiar. He looks like the guy from...

"Wait, weren't you the guy in the amusement park who spilled ice cream on my clothes?" I glared at him.

He looked confused "Me? Amusement Park?" Then somebody called him.

"Ken!" a guy not far from where we are was waving hand.

"I'm really sorry but I really need to go. Excuse me." he ran towards the guy.

"Wait! the hell?"

I can't believe this. Ugh! He ruined my day! Just wait until I see you again! Out of frustration, I just headed back to my office.

Few mins. after I finished eating, Zach went inside the office with a guy behind him.
