Chapter 10

When I walked up to my room and opened the door and I turned on the light.

I seen a beautiful turquoise dress with sliver jewels. I looked at it and there was a note on my bed.

'Go To Prom With Me? Be ready by 7pm - Jack J'

I smiled and I slipped into the dress and looked into the mirror. I smiled and I put on turquoise bracelets and I curled my hair.

I put on foundation and turquoise eyeliner. My mom came in and she broke into tears. "My baby is growing up." She says, hugging me.

I smile and I put on my turquoise vans, because I can't walk in heals. I looked short, but I was okay with that.

There was a knock on the door and mom shouted "Tyler!" I felt my hands sweaty and I was getting sweaty.

"Shit." I mumbled. I wiped the sweat off and I walked down the stairs and seen Jack J in a turquoise bow tie.

He smiled at me and I got at the bottom of the step and he hugged me.

"You look, wow." Jack J said.

I smiled.

"Okay! Pictures!" Mom squealed.

Mom takes 10 pictures and we headed to Prom. My palms are getting sweaty.

I rubbed my hands together and Jack J said "nervous?" I nod a yes and he says "it's going to be alright."

We get there and everyone was getting there pictures taking. Me and Jack waited in line and it was our turn.

Jason took our picture and we walked in the Gym. It was filled with people dancing and the girls gave me looks.

Jack must of noticed because I was walking with my head low. "They're just jealous of how beautiful you are." Jack said, kissing my forehead.

A slow song came on. "Let's dance." Jack said, taking my hand and bringing to the dance floor.

Jack put on hand on my waist and one entangled with my hand, I put my hand on his shoulder. We slow danced on the dance floor and I felt burning on my cheeks.

Am I blushing?

I blushed even more and I tried to hide it. I felt Jack smile and he kissed the top of my head.

*After Prom*

It was midnight and everyone was going to a party, but I didn't want to go. Jack drove me home and I stared at the houses and trees passing by.

When we pulled up to my house, Jack opened my door for me and I got out. "Thanks." I say. We walk up to the steps and I was about to go in.

Jack grabbed my hand and twirled me around and kissed me. I was shocked and I kissed back. I wrap my arms around his neck and I had to stand on my tippy toes.

Jack put his forehead on mine and stared into my brown eyes. "You liked beautiful tonight." Jack said. I smiled and said "you too."

I shook my head and said "I-i mean you looked h-handsome." Jack chuckled.

"See you tomorrow." Jack said and hugged me. I hugged back and walked inside.

I walked up to my room and I took off my dress and put on a plain shirt with basketball shorts. I took off my turquoise vans and bracelets.

I took off my make up and washed my face, I dried my face off and I jumped into bed. Thinking about I have never been this happy since j was probably 1 years old.

I got into the covers and I fell asleep, smiling.
