I've written this years ago and it took almost a decade to finish. Three or four years ago I finished this story, the first original book I had ever done. It is in no way good or great, but I do have a soft spot for it. I thought for the longest time it would be a story I would want published someday, like seriously publish with paperback copies, but the longer I'm away from it the more I realize this isn't the story I want to try and get monetary gain from.
It is a story that I wanted to write and I learned a lot from the process: what worked for me, where my strengths and weaknesses are, building my own world and creatures, etc. I am still learning.
But I still want to share this story with others to see what others think of it. See what others think my strengths and weaknesses are from a reader's standpoint. I want to know if people will enjoy my non-fanfiction writing .
This is in no way a final draft, it's barely a second draft! Knowing that, I hope people find some enjoyment from this story.
