Fixing mineta (Izuku pov)

I noticed a few things about mineta, first, she seemed very underdeveloped and underaged despite her actual age.

Second, mineta doesn't talk about any family or anything, rather suspicious, next point, her extreme pervertedness, which hints wanting to be accepted, so it seems she wasn't accepted.

And it could be a case of her pervertedness is the result of a hormone imbalance leading to extreme sex drive. 

Luckily, I learned enough about quirks and other factors to make several theories about quirks, first is the fusion quirk theory, which is proven by genetics of people with contradictory or different quirks.

This theory states that if one person has a quirk, and another has the contradictory quirk.

for example a fire quirk and an ice quirk, their child has an approximately 25% chance of having both quirks fuse with the drawbacks and abilities.

and a 25% chance of only having an immunity quirk, the 50% chance is having a quirk, but it has no immunity, leading to it causing harm.

The second is quirk complication theory, where quirks get more layers with each generation.

for example float and pull, two quirks that are similar, but with some changes, and while it seemingly is weaker on paper, in simulation, pull can be a dangerous quirk.

and if it can pull an action figure, it could rip blood vessels, remove the heart and much more lethal options.

Third, the premature birth quirk theory, if born prematurely, it could have an impact on the quirk you get, greatly hindering it.

This third theory is what I believe mineta is living proof of.

Aizawa: megami, is their something that you would like to share with the class?

Izuku: actually aizawa-sensei, I would, because I was homeschooled from thirteen, I actually formed three theories, and I'm actually willing to share two.

Aizawa: go on.

Izuku: my first theory is the fusion quirk theory, to put it simply, todoroki-san is actually someone who this theory explains her quirk.

Izuku: if two people with opposite quirks give birth to a child, they have a one in four chance of the quirks fusing, making a single quirk with the abilities and draw backs of both quirks.

Izuku: another one in four gets a resistance quirk, and two in four get one quirk, but the resistance is removed, which leads to a quirk that can harm the user.

Izuku: the second is a premature birth quirk theory, if someone is born prematurely, their quirk is hindered, and it also might cause the person, to have set situations, that in turn they suffer from.

I then stand next to mineta and use perfect notice at max.

Izuku: just as i theorised, mineta-chan's actual quirk was met to be caped sundew, a quirk that works like a Drosera hartmeyerorum plant, with a scent that lures in the users targets.

Izuku: but if set suction pads are cut open, it will release a extremely potent hormone inducing liquid, this liquid causes those effected with it to have an overactive libido, sex drive and an aphrodisiac effect.

Izuku: it lasts for a week, but sweeting it out of the person's system is also an option.

Izuku: these hormones are produced by mineta, who in turn is immune to it.

Aizawa: how come mineta's quirk is like this then?

Izuku: simple, remember theory two?

Mineta: so I was born prematurely?
