Chapter 3:Closer

A/N: In this chapter, (F/M) is favorite movie, (F/D) is favorite dinner, and (E/C) is eye color in case you don't know.

When I woke up, this giant... marshmallow like thing was staring at me. I screamed and fell off the bed. "Ow." I said. Then I heard laughter. The marshmallow thing came over to me and helped me up. "Hello I am Baymax, your personal health care companion. On a scale of one to ten, how would you rate your pain?" Baymax asked. "Physical? Or emotional?" I asked and glanced over at Hiro, who was still laughing. "I will scan you now." Baymax said. "What?" I asked. "Scan complete." Baymax said. "You have no injuries." "Good. Uh thanks." I said. Baymax turned around and walked over to a still laughing Hiro. I stood up and walked over to him to. When I got close enough to him, and when Baymax wasn't looking, I punched his arm. "Okay, okay, I'm sorry." he said and sat up, I sat beside him. We were quiet for a bit, then we decided to change and go downstairs for breakfast. "Good morning you two." Aunt Cass said. "Morning." we said together. 

After we ate, we decided to go watch a movie. I sat on the couch as Hiro put in a movie. "What are we watching?" I asked as he sat beside me. "(F/M)" he said. "Really? I love that movie!" I said.

When the movie finished, I decided to go to our room. Whoa that sounded weird. Our room? I mean I didn't think it that way... okay I did, but still... our room? Anyways, I decided to work on some writing that I was doing, while Hiro decided to do... something.

"(Y/N!) Hiro! It's time for dinner!" Aunt Cass said. I glanced out the window and saw that it was dark. Wow, I thought. I had spent the whole day writing. Hiro and I walked downstairs and we ate (F/D).

Back upstairs, in... our room, I sat on my bed and looked at the ground. "Hey." Hiro said. I looked up at him. "You okay?" he asked. I nodded giving him a small but still broken smile. "Come here." he said, and patted the space beside him. I walked over to him and sat down with him. "Alright now tell me your story." he said. "What?" I asked. "Tell me about yourself, out of all the times we have hung out you've never told me your story. Now that we... um live together." (At this we both blushed lightly just thinking about how weird that sounded.) "I think we should know eachother's stories." he said. "Why do I have to go first?" I asked. "Because I asked you first." he said. I sighed "Fine. Okay um well, gosh where do I start? Okay well, I was born here in San Fransokyo." I took a deep breath, I glanced at Hiro's eyes and saw that he was actually listening, his eyes stared into mine. I took another deep breath and got ready to tell him... everything. "My life was wonderful.... before I turned eight. Before I turned eight, I got everything I wanted. All I had to do was ask. My whole family and I were... happy and whole. But when I turned eight... that's when everything changed. On my birthday, my mom,dad,sister, and I went on a boat. I was standing by my mom and we were watching some dolphins. When I turned to face my mom... she was gone." I felt my eyes begin to water. "She didn't know how to swim. Someone had pushed her off.... and the water was too deep. She sank and she drowned. My dad was angry when he found out and avenged her death by killing the man who pushed her off right then and there. Back on shore, I remember police cars. They arrested my dad and my sister and I had to live on the streets. However my sister became bitter and said why couldn't it have been me. So she left me. She didn't want anything to do with me. Every now and then she would bring me money from what she won from Bot Fighting. I only bought what I needed, unless she got really lucky and won a lot then I bought books. Almost everything I know now are from the books I've read. I've lived on the streets for... seven years." I said, then felt the tears begin to fall. I felt arms wrap around me. I cried into Hiro's chest and said,"I have no family left." "Hey, that's not true. You have Aunt Cass and me now." he said. I sniffled,"Really?" "Yeah of course and Gogo,Honey Lemon,Fred, and Wasabi." he said then I felt him kiss the top of my head. "Don't worry. I won't let anything happen to you." he said. I smiled. "Thanks." I said and pulled away wiping my tears. "Yeah after that I began to build walls around myself so I wouldn't get hurt every time I met someone new, but when those walls came down... that person would then leave me. But enough about me. What about you." I asked. Hiro sighed and a sad look replaced his features. "Born here, parents died when I was three. My brother Tadashi and I moved in with Aunt Cass. I graduated high school when I was thirteen. Spent my nights bot fighting." Then he smiled. "I remember one time when my brother came and got me before I could get beat up by Yahma's gang. Then we got caught by the police, went to jail and Aunt Cass was mad at us." He laughed, so did I. "It seems funny now but..." he shook his head.  "Then I applied to the nerd school that my brother went to. But the way to get in was to impress Callahan. Well I did, but the building caught on fire afterwards. Tadashi rushed in to save Callahan, but..." Then he began to cry. I wrapped my arms around him and pulled him closer to me. "The building exploded and... and... he was gone. But Callahan survived using my microbots." He pulled away and wiped his tears. He looked at me and I gave him a smile. I then leaned foreword and kissed his cheek. "I didn't know you had an older brother." I said. "I did. He created Baymax to be like a nurse actually." Hiro said. I sighed. "Wow. That was deep." I said. "Yeah." he agreed. Then he grabbed my hands and stared into my (E/C). "(Y/N)... I really, really like you." he said blushing. I was shocked, then I smiled. "Actually I really like you too Hiro." I said. He smiled at me with that gap he had in his teeth. "So... you'll like... be my girlfriend?" he asked. I nodded smileing at him. "Oh. One more thing (Y/N)." he said. "Yeah?" I asked. "Um well, this may sound crazy but, Gogo,Honey,Fred,Wasabi,Baymax, and I are superheros." he said. I snorted. "So you're Hiro the Hero?" I asked laughing. He nodded looking serious. "Oh you're not kidding?" I asked. He shook his head no. "Okay then.... Well I believe you." I said. "You do?" he asked in surprise. Now I nodded. "Of course. You're my boyfriend now." I said. "Oh yeah." he said as if he forgot. I rolled my eyes, kissed his cheek, then stood up and walked to my bed. I closed the divider and changed into pajamas. I reopened it then laid down on my bed. "Night Hiro." I said. "Night (Y/N)" he replied.
