Xavier's pov~
After the fight, I got a call from my father. The news travels pretty fast when it is related to me. He told me that I should come back home until he resolves matters with Alex's dad as it can involve cops. That sick bastard will not refrain from using his own son for the sake of his satisfaction.
I did as I was told not because I was afraid but right then I didn't want to give my father new reasons to win arguments from me.
I drove back home with Dylan clinging to my side because that traitor Raven went behind Alex and that little girl, taking their car so he was left without a ride. Instead of going home he was sprawled on my bed, munching on some kind of crisps, making wierd noises.
"I never thought a day would come when my other half, my twin, my own blood would betray us like this." He sighed dramatically.
I rolled my eyes at him. And about Raven, no one could save him. He can enjoy all he can until he comes back. He changed sides so easily. Now that girl was more important than me?
I was taking shower when I heard a knock on the washroom door.
"What?" I yelled annoyed.
"Hurry up Xavier, Aunt Emma is calling you. I am going to have some more snacks." Dylan yelled back.
"Fuck off," I told him going back to washing my hairs but I guess he was gone already as I didn't get a 'you too' back, as usual.
I took my time showering, the warmth of water relaxing my muscles. I changed into my dark outfit consisting of black jeans and a black hoodie that covers half of my face. I would be needing it tonight.
I was not in the mood of talking to mom because I was getting sick of her usual rants consisting of apologies and explanations. Nothing can justify her actions, nothing can bring back my childhood.
Nothing can make me a human again!
She was right, I am a monster.
But why did it hurt listening that coming out of her mouth?
I texted my assistant to arrange a fight for me tonight. Their regular fighters cannot stand more than a minute against me thus I need to inform them beforehand so that they arrange someone who is able to resist my wrath. I needed to release all that frustration and anger and nothing could help me more than a fight.
My father owns this underground fighting club. He won it from its previous owner. They used to be friends from the time my father joined their gang, when he was in college. But soon he became more powerful than anyone else because he was the strongest one of them and eventually ended up becoming their leader. This man however started growing jealous of him. He decided to fight my father over the position of leader because that is the rule of this world, the strongest one survives. It was a 'kill or get killed' fight which my father won and in return he won this club and all of his money.
Though I never met my grandparents but according to Dad, grandfather was a businessman. He founded Millers enterprise which my father runs now and soon I will. Apparently, my grandfather didn't want my father to walk on his footsteps and get involved in illegal activities after he lost his one child to some fight. His sudden death changed everything and my father inherited everything he owned because he was their only heir left.
He didn't stop there and grew even more stronger with time. He spreaded the business in other states and also managed his gang along with it. Now my father, Kingston Millers is the owner of the biggest business empire and strongest mafia in this country. He made me just like him, strong, tough, and ruthless.
