Chapter 9: #RoadBlock

Bobble scooped up the fainted inkling and held him in her arms. She glanced over at Inkfall. Inkfall tense up and became afraid. She held out her hand towards the frightened impling. Grabbing her hand, both the angel and imp flew off in the direction of Mask's house to care for him.

Meanwhile, the two demons, set their sights on an easy target. Whilst flying above, Aloha had spotted the van, in which Goggles and crew took off in. He let out a screeching cry to alert Army to his discovery. Soon Aloha swooped down and landed on the top of the van. Gloves stopped the vehicle.

"What was that?" He asked.
"Sounded like it was on the roof?" Jet whispered.
Aloha clawed at the roof causing a painful screech, like nails on a chalk board.
"I hear you," he hissed, "why won't you come out and play with me?"
Aloha dropped Divers body on to the hood of the van, causing them to scream again. Gloves threw up this time.
"I'M NOT AFRAID OF YOU," Moona shouted.
"YOU'RE NOT SCARY," Half Rimz yelled.
"Oh how cute," Aloha growled. "WHY DON'T YOU PROVE IT!!!"
"WE KNOW BETTER THAN TO OBEY A DEVIL LIKE YOU!!" Moona shouted.
"Um... guys..." Double said.
"What?" Red groaned.
"Diver's not dead..." he said
"What?" They collectively asked.

Sure enough Diver had come back as another demon.
"RUN!!!" Goggles screamed.
Goggles opened the back door. To their horror, Army was back their waiting for them. The group began screaming as they were trapped.
"GLOVES!!! START THE VAN!!! START THE VAN!!!" Red screamed as tears rolled down her face.
"IM TRYING!!! I THINK THEY KILLED THE ENGINE!!!" Gloves shouted.
"YOU'RE AS GOOD AS DEAD GOGGLES!!!" Army growled jumping in to grab him.
Goggles screamed in terror as Army grabbed his leg.

Just then a bright beam of light struck near Diver, scaring him. Aloha jumped off the roof and hissed.
Army growled, "SHOW YOURSELF COWARD!!!!"
"How dare you treat him that way!!!" A voice boomed.
Army's ears drooped.
"A FALLEN ANGEL LIKE YOURSELF SHOULD KNOW!!"
Army growled. "IM NOT SCARED OF YOU!!!" He began to laugh. "I ALMOST KILLED YOU REMEMBER!!! AAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!"
Something else landed on the roof. A mighty Falcon-like screech is heard and the Demonic three scamper. "WE WILL BE BACK!!!" Army hissed, "YOUR DAYS ARE NUMBERED!!!"
