I yawned as the incoming sun began to rise. The forest became alive. The birds began their morning song. It was wonderful. I looked around, eying the birds above.

Then i bumped into someone. It was a woman. She looked older than me. She had a kind face with a gentle smile.
"Are you okay?" The woman peered down at me.
"Yes," I replied.
The woman said, "You look quite dirty,"
I shrugged.
"Come with me," the lady said. And I followed her without hesitation.

She lead me into a small cottage with flowers surrounding it. It was her home. She welcomed me into the humble cottage- it was clean and tidy. She sat down on a chair and gave me food to eat. I was satisfied.
"Will you tell me why you were wondering in the forbidden forests?" The lady questioned.
"I ran with my brother," I swallowed, not trying to cry.
"Well, where is your brother? Did you get lost alone?" She said, eyeing me.
I stared at the floor.
"Well never mind, the laboratory is downstairs in the basement, please do follow me," the lady said.
I was confused. Why would the bathroom be in the basement? I looked at her suspiciously, her smile straining.

I followed her down to the basement. But then an interruption occurred. A person with a sword appeared. 'They' stabbed her. Not only once, but three times. Blood poured on my face.
I screamed.
"Shut up!" 'They' said, covering my mouth with 'their' bloody hands.
I continued screaming, muffled screeching. I mourned over the kind woman's death. My tears flowing like a river. Even though I only met her like 5 minutes, she reminded me of my brother, nice and kind.

"Why! Why did you kill her!?" I cried.
'They' frowned at me, "Don't you understand little girl? That was an evil spirt,"
I also gave them a dirty look, but 'they' looked around my brother's age.

I muttered, "I don't even know what you mean by 'evil spirits'."
