Sparing and Situations

A/N: Ok before it starts just want to let you know that I'm starting an update schedule so expect a new update every other Sunday unless I decide to write it earlier or something comes up.

'Who are you and why do you have my family's sword?' The ghost asked as it got closer to Jaune.

'Ummm hi my name is Jaune Arc and your Tomas Arc. I inherited the sword from my dad who got it from your brother.' Jaune answered nervously as he was stared down by the ghost of his ancestor.

'Hmmm then perhaps you can explain how it is we have met under such circumstances.' Tomas asked as he folded his arms across himself.

'Look I can explain later just take my hand and come with me.' Jaune replied and held out his hand for him to take it and be absorbed by him.

As Tomas was fused with Jaune he had several questions that he was going to ask later but thought that now was not the time.

Jaune then left the swamp and headed back to Beacon after discovering that Neo had already fled the area and was no where to be seen.

Back at Beacon

Jaune had to be careful when he got back and had to make sure nobody sees him as he goes to try and clean up from the fight with the Grimm that were in the swamp. Jaune was currently in the hall to his room and was thinking about how he could get in without alerting his team if they were even there.

'Hey where are you guys? I'm in the Library doing a little bit of research on Grimm and I was wondering if we should meet up and talk?' Jaune typed and then sent the message to his teammates while he silently hoped that they weren't currently at the the library.

'We're at the sparring grounds with team RWBY, you should just meet us here and we can get some practice in.' Jaune read quickly as the message appeared.

'Ok I've just gotta grab my gear see you all in a few minutes.' He replied quickly as he walked into the room to clean up a bit before meeting them.

After getting on some fresh cloths and whipping the mud off his armor he ran out of the room and toward the training hall.

'So you haven't really told me anything about yourself or about how I seem to be bonded to you now.' Tomas spoke as Jaune continued to go to meet his team.

'Oh...Sorry I forgot you were here, look Ill tell you everything later I just need to meet with my friends first and have a couple sparring matches with them.' Jaune replied, giving him a reasonable excuse so he could think of how to explain it to him.

'Fine but if you try to ignore me again then there will be consequences.' Tomas threatened with a dark tone that worried Jaune a little.

As the conversation ended Jaune arrived at the training hall and opened the door to see Nora and Blake fighting.

Nora had Magnhild in Hammer form and was swinging it at Blake who was simply dodging the swings with ease.

"Stop dodging so much!" Nora whined as she tried to swing at her again with the same result.

As Blake landed on the ground after jumping to avoid the last attack and decided to go on the offensive and turned Gambol Shroud into it's blade form and ran at Nora. As she got closer she ducked under another swing from Nora's hammer and swung upwards with her blade only for Nora to stumble back to avoid it.

"That was close wasn't it." Nora said childishly as she rubbed the back of her head.

'She doesn't fight very seriously does she?' Jaune heard Tomas ask as if he was questioning Nora's abilities.
