Screw eyes: you haven't seen it all yet! For I shall attempt the impossible! I shall attempt to master the most fearsome of all the dinosaur clan, the ultimate set of teeth in the history of my world! The mighty Tyrannosaurus rex!
He looks right up to rex who looks right at him with primal instincts driving him
Screw eyes: look into my eye you blood thirsty beast!
He looks right at him with his screw eye as it releases a green sort of smoke that goes right into rex's eye. Rex tries to snap at him but couldn't reach because of his restraints, eventually he was put under his spell

His minions do so as well as the chains that strap down his neck and arm shackles
Screw eyes: now! Take two giant steps!
Rex, under screw eyes control does so as it takes two steps getting off the platform
Screw eyes: haha! Take two steps toward my master
Rex does so
Screw eyes: so you see? The creature that scares all does what I say! I am the master of fear! And these beasts will make great killing machines
