The aftermath of the operation to take Wall Maria was a victory for the scouts but Jean boy was not satisfied with the combat results of himself and his team as he thought of a way to increase his strength, Not because of most of the scout regiment died during the operation but because jean boi wanted to prove to himself that he can be better as any Ackerman to get Mikasa to at least notice him, he said to himself.
Jean: "Dammit! We could have failed the mission if it wasn't for Hange, Lucky us"
He exclaimed to his friends who were sitting next to him at the table in the mess hall where the scouts celebrated on the night before the operation to take Wall Maria. Sunlight shines through the windows hitting the tables early in the morning. Conny was sitting next to Jean sipping his drink while on the other side of the mess table Sasha was eating her freshly baked potato.
Jean: "Everyone is gone now because we aren't strong enough"
As he said with bitter tone, Drinking up his mug and slamming it down followed by him eating bread he brought in.
Conny: "Hey, we did what we could, At least we know what we're truly dealing with"
Sasha: "Yeah after the Newsletters told the truth of the world, They are now going to reclaim the land of Wall Maria and then meat would more and available for everyone again"
As she sips her drink.
Jean: "Reclaim, The wall"
He murmured. The sound of a creak door was heard, Levi entered the room looking for the rest of his squad as Jean and his friends look tired at him.
Levi: "Hey Hange got something for us to do"
The gang now hurried now finishing their drinks and followed Levi to report for their duties. As they entered the office in the Trost HQ they saw Eren, Mikasa, Armin all sitting affront on the lounge and Hange standing.
Hange: "Now I know you all are quite curious on why I called you all of a sudden"
Levi: "No"
Jean: "I thought the scouts, Well us were taking a break from missions for just a week"
Hange: "Well I had something in mind but its ok if you don't want to join its merely a voluntary mission. I had planned a way to thin out the titans within Wall Maria quickly and if results are satisfactory then we might be able to eliminate every titan by the end of the year."
Everyone was eager to listen on this plan of hers.
Armin: "What plans do you have Hange?"
Hange smiles as light from the window reflects of her glasses.
Hange: "I ask members of the Garrison and Military Police to help us out on our thinning operation."
Everyone look even more surprised.
Armin: "Hange I doubt anyone would risk their lives killing titans now since the hammer can be of use"
Hange: "Oh don't you worry I have some special equipment for them to try out that would make titan killing a breeze. And with the recent victory on taking the wall there will be more people to join"
