After an hour or so of self loathing. I decided to get out of my bed. I had shit to do and I sure as hell wouldn't let a mental breakdown get on my way.

I went to my living room, took my car keys and locked the door.
I hopped in my car and went to the local super market.

I browsed the aisles, took some milk, eggs, bread, coffee, cereals and some other essentials

I was having my time when
"I heard abt your son Mrs. Park. Poor boy" the woman said loudly from the counter".
"Jimin is devastated" other woman said.
I came to the counter almost dropping the brownies I was holding.
Shit I know this voice, it was of jimin's mom and guess what Lisa's mom was with her. Fuck she better not see me here. Times like this made me wish I could be invisible.
"So sad. The girl would've made such a lovely bride, what a shame she's all fucked in her head" Mrs. Manoban said
"Ik. She's the maddest woman this town has ever seen" jimin's mom said with fake sympathy.
"Idk if I should be happy or angry with the rejection. And to think I gave him my ring to propose her"
And here Mrs. Park goes playing victim, again.
"Atleast we won't have to deal with her anymore". Mrs Manoban said while laughing
"Amen to that" Mrs. Park laughed

Tears threatened to spill out of my eyes. I swallowed the lump in my throat and put the brownie mix back. Brownies suddenly didn't seem appealing at all.

I left the cafe with my groceries

I reached home and straight went to my Piano hall

I reached home and straight went to my Piano hall.
The saddest part was that nobody was checking on me. Looks like my mother was right, I was better off alone:)
