(this happened before y/n got pregnant) AND this is fairly long but I promise its so worth it !
" babe we need to figure out what were gonna be for halloween " i said looking online at ideas for costumes for me and chris.
" how about captain America and peggy" he said in all seriousness
"No babe that is so typical and we've already done that before i dont wanna do it again."
This year we were hosting a Halloween/ costume party at our house in 3 days and we were inviting family and friends over. All of chris' avengers family was coming and a couple of other people that we were both friends with in the industry as well.
"How about wendy and peter pan" i said
"No way babe , ive had my fair share of tights and im not wearing them again" he said automatically throwing that idea out of the window
We sat around still trying to figure out the perfect idea until it hit me
" I GOT IT !! How about foxy cleopatra and Austin powers from goldmember ?!" I said excitedly!
" okay now that would be pretty cool okay i think i can handle that " chris said chuckling and walking over to lay on the couch with me
"Them it's settled ill go pick up our costumes tomorrow and we can finish decorating tonight so we can be all done !" I said giving him a kiss and getting up to find the last box of decorations i had to put up.
It was now the day of the Halloween party and chris' family was already hear while me and chris were still getting ready . i was getting dressed into my costume an putting on the big afro wig that I absolutely loved and chris was already ready and waiting on me so we can start to welcome our guest .
"Babe our costumes honestly look amazing " i said looking between us and busting out in laughter"
" i can dig it babyyy " chris said in Austin powers impression which made me laugh even harder
" well lets get on suga , we got people waiting us " i said mocking him
We walked downstairs but before walking into out big decorated living room chris pulled me to side where no one could see us
"We need to get into character, we need music for our introduction" he said knowing i knew the perfect song to play. My phone was already hooked up to our audio system so i played "Thats the way by kc and the sunshine band" getting into character and strolling into the living room and striking a pose
"FREEZE SUCKAS !" I yelled making everyone in the living room freeze and look over at me and chris
"Yall have the right to remain groovyyy" i said with a smile causing everyone to laugh
"omg you and chris look so good ! it's hilarious i have to take pictures of you guys " chris sister who was dressed up as dorthy from the wizard of oz , said grabbing her phone and making us go over to the photo booth we had set up. Me and chris started to poze and really get into our costumes giggling at each other.
