"When will he wake up?"
"I don't care. If he doesn't wake up soon, I'm feeding him to the pups."
Hyunjin stirs on the soft surface he was laid on. Not knowing what exactly going on and where he was.
"Chan, I promise you that he can be trusted."
"No he can't. He's the King's son. He could easily run off and tell him what's going on."
"He won't! He risked his life to help us get out of the castle! Something is going on and we won't know till he wakes up!"
That's when Hyunjin blinked his eyes open. Looking around at his surroundings to see where he was.
He seen Seungmin standing at the end of the bed he laid on with Jeongin by his side. A unknown male by his side. He looked dirty and rugged. Hyunjin could see scars along his back that matched the ones to his front side.
"You're okay. Good." Seungmin sighs.
Hyunjin went to speak when a dagger was pointed at his throat. He looks at the male next to him who was the one holding the weapon.
"Why are you here? Did the King send you?" The male questions as he climbs on top of the bed to straddle Hyunjin's waist. Staring down at him with piercing yellow eyes while the dagger was held to his neck closely.
"He can talk without the knife to his throat." Seungmin tried to step closer but Jeongin was stopping him with a shake of his head.
Knowing the power his brother holds.
"I came to you with a proposal." Hyunjin whispered. His eyes not leaving the glowing ones.
"What type of proposal could you possibly have?" He growls.
"In exchange to help you take down the King, I want my freedom back." Hyunjin explains.
"How could you help me?" The male raised an eyebrow.
"I know the in's and out's of the castle plus my Father's weaknesses. Like you said, I'm the King's son." Hyunjin says making the male on top of him pull the dagger away.
"I'll discuss it with my people. Till then, I'll allow you to stay here under close eye." The male stands from the bed. Letting Hyunjin finally sit up.
"What's your name?" Hyunjin asked.
"Chan. I'm the leader around here so don't try anything. My people are loyal to me." Chan says.
"Thank you so much, Chan. I'm sorry for coming here under this circumstance." Seungmin bows making Hyunjin look at him oddly. Chan seeing the way his face scrunched in confusion made him chuckle.
"Hey princess." Chan snaps his fingers to catch his attention. Hyunjin looking over at him with the same face.
"I'm not a princess." Hyunjin scrunches his nose.
"Your hair says otherwise." Chan whispered with a smirk. Hyunjin pushing his hair back out of his face with a roll of his eyes.
"Since you'll be staying here, you'll need to get rid of this royal shit to keep a low profile." Chan picked up some clothes he had on a table to toss into Hyunjin's lap.
"Let's go check on Felix and Jisung." Seungmin pulled Jeongin out the room.
"Aren't you going to leave too?" Hyunjin stands.
"No. I need to make sure you don't do anything stupid." Chan sits on the table and motions him to change.
"Fine. Just don't stare." Hyunjin huffs as he takes off his cloak.
