"Barr, Get back to STAR" Joe says in his comm, Barry again changes directions when he arrives he see's Cisco holding the Tachyon device "Cisco, what are we doing" Barry asks. The city needs you, Wally's MIA, Frost is well Dead for all we know and Ralph still hasn't recovered" Cisco says.
