First of all, THE ANIMATION was so good, especially the last fight scene! The colours, effects, everything were so amazing! I was thinking about that last fight scene for hours after I watched it. This made it incredibly difficult to sleep, but wow, it was worth it! Probably 13+ but it depends on your maturity level I guess.

RENGOKU. I loved this man so much. Prior to watching the movie, I thought he was weird, annoying, uptight, boring etc. but after the movie, my mind was changed. He's honestly such a good character, and his arc is so important that they made it into a movie...doesn't that say something? I won't add any spoilers, but I wish he stayed with Tanjiro and his friends for more time. I get that he's a pillar and wouldn't travel with them anyway, but still. I just like him a lot, okay? Anyway, yes, I'm a Rengoku simp now hehe

If you're worried about the gore, if you can handle the series you're fine. There's really not that much gore, probably less than in the series. 

My advice is to watch this movie as soon as you can! It's available on Funimation if you're subscribed, but I'm sure you can find it online somewhere else. It's also in theaters in some places, and it's your choice of whether you want to go or not. I would suggest that you watch it at home since it's not as lighthearted as the anime series T^T 

It would be more comfortable if you cry easily since crying with a mask is a pain. I don't cry easily but my eyes really did ~moisten~ so I'd think about it.

Honestly my only critique is that there wasn't enough Zenitsu. As a Zenitsu simp, I will always have this critique, but this time he actually wasn't in that many scenes. Anyway, watch this movie, please! It's honestly the best movie I've ever seen. If you like the anime series, you will (probably) like the movie!

Oh, I forgot to mention that you can watch the movie without having seen the anime. I would suggest that you watch the show first though because it gives a lot of context. Some of the dialogue refers back to the plot, but for key things there are short (under 5 seconds) flashbacks. I would suggest that you watch the anime first just because it's a really good anime though. Well, have fun :)

TL;DR: Watch this movie, it's so good! Whether or not you've seen the anime, anyone 13+ can probably watch it!
