<Fundys POV>

After this 5up left, I went back home to my cat and I just watched a few YT videos and fell asleep. I woke up at 8am so I took a shower and made some eggs and bacon for breakfast. I got a text from 'cutie.' and honestly I don't really know why I named him that but honestly, he is a cutie. I stopped being all weird and I finally looked over at my phone and 5up it said

" good morning! can't wait for later today! "

"yeah same! i also can't wait to know you better."

I felt my cheeks get hot.

Why am I blushing over a text? I thought, but in reality, I already knew the answer. I felt like I needed to take a break and I watched some Tv, feed my cat, and I streamed for about 2 hours to pass the time. I took a nap aswell so it was now 5:20. Later decided I should check in with 5up.

hey! just wanted to check in with you, im also about ready so ill be heading out soon. I texted. He responded with

hi! ill start heading out aswell since we both don't want to be late.

I smiled at my phone. Before I could going respond, I heard outside rain. I was never really a big fan of rain, but I could handle it for a few hours I guess.

<5ups POV>
I got a text from 'Fundy<3' saying :
hey! just wanted to check in with you, im also about ready so ill be heading out soon.

And all I responded with was:
hi! ill start heading out aswell since we both don't want to be late.

Honestly, I was really exited even though I barely knew him. I already had my clothes on and I've been ready for hours. Before I could do anything, I heard rain and most times when it rained here, there would be thunder aswell. I hate loud noises and they also scared me, so I'm just going to hope they won't be too loud. I decided to start heading out cause my hours from the cafe is a 20 minute walk and I don't own a car because I don't really go outside much. I don't know how to call a Uber since I never needed one so I had to go on foot.

I finally got there and Im currently with my umbrella and it's about 5:50. I hear a car pulling in the parking lot. I saw a tall man running up to be and saying "5up!!" but he was pretty much just yelling at that point. I decided to wave at the tall man to show respect. We went inside and drank some coffee and a muffin till I asked this question,
"I've honest,I have been wondering, but what does your love life look like? Or to put it simpler, are you in a relationship currently?"

"Well, I was planning on marrying someone, but they cheating on me at the wedding..I've moved on though. I'm now looking for a relationship but it's not so easy. What about you?"

" Well I'm single but I sort of have a crazy ex. I also have pretty bad memory so I don't really know what her name is. The reason I don't go outside too often is because the last memory I had with her, was her texting me saying 'im always watching..' Yeah it was creepy but I couldn't do much.She also cheated on me which is why I broke up with her."
"That's awful! You should call the police or something!"

"Ive tried but they didn't do much because I apparently don't have valid proof. " <3rd person POV>

Before Fundy could say anything, they both heard a loud sound of lightning.
5up almost jumped out of his seat and started to shake, like, a lot.
Fundy noticed. "Are you scared of thunder?" He asked with a concerned tone. "Y-Yeah, I don't really l-like loud noises." Then, rain started to pour right outside the cafe. "We should probably go since it's raining so hard. Can I walk you to your car?" Fundy questioned.
"Uhm about that.. I don't really have car since i never really needed one. And when I tried to get one, i couldn't reach any of pedals."
Fundy giggled slightly at the short man.
"How far away is your house?" He asked.
The short man replied with "About 20 minutes away so I might wait the rain out."
"It will stop in like 2 hours and it's already really late. Maybe I can drive you home?" He asked, blushing slightly but barely noticeable.
"O-oh, sure. " the short man responded with a very small but beautiful smile.
The got in the car and 5up guided him to his house. They arrived in about 15 minutes due to 5up being very tired and kept falling asleep so Fundy had to wake him up a lot to ask him for directions.5up didn't get much sleep so there is the backstory to that. When they arrived, 5up was still awake but this time, Fundy didn't wake him up. Instead, he carried him inside and found a bedroom which he guessed was 5ups, and he was right anyway.

He put 5up to bed and took off his shoes, and just before he got outside the room ready to leave, 5up gabbed his arm weakly and said "noOoo... st..stayyyy...". It was obvious that he was talking in his sleep but Fundy just couldn't say no. He got in bed with 5up and cuddled with him.

I woke up in my house which was strange because I don't really remember walking to my house because I remember it was raining very hard. 'Maybe I just waited out the rain and walked back home.' 5up was thinking to himself.
He turned around cause he felt something against him but when he did...
"AHHHHHH-"
