Y/N P.O.V

"So when will he be here?"
"Today at 12 PM exactly" said Yoongi's mom
"So we start it now right?"
"Yes, but my dear I want you to be very sure about it"
"I've never been more sure in my life. I want to do it for him. Can you please just tell him that I did not cry but smiled in my last moment as I knew I loved him till my last breath and that he meant everything to me"
"I will my dear. Thank you so much for loving him"
I just gave a smile to her as I laid on the bed where my life ends and where his starts.
"Let's start the operation" was the last thing I heard as I closed my eyes to never open it again.

3rd Person P.O.V

Time: 11:48 AM

"So, we start it at 12 right?"
"Yes" said Yoongi's mom not being able to look at his son's eyes for she knows that the moment he knows who the donor is, will be the moment her son will be broken inside out.
"Okay"
"Change into these and we'll start" said Yoongi's mom as he handed him the same cloth Y/N wore while she took her last breath.
"Okay"

'Few minutes later'

"Let's start the operation" was the last thing Yoongi heard before he closed his eyes to open it again to hear the most heartbreaking news he'll ever hear.

'Few hours later'

"Congratulations! The operation was a success."
"Congratulations!"
"Congratulations!"
said the doctors and staffs among themselves
"He'll wake up tomorrow because his body needs a complete rest and after 3 days he's fine to move like a normal human, but he still will have to be careful for like a month or two"

'Three days later'

"Can I go back now because it's already been three days" said a frustrated Yoongi, who can't wait to see Y/N any longer
"You'll need some more bed rest"
"I'm perfectly fine now. She must be waiting for me to come back home. I did not even talk to her in like 3 days. Wait, give me my phone, I need to call her"
"You can't talk to her right now" said Yoongi's mom with a hint of sadness in her eyes
"Wait! Why are you acting suspicious?" said Yoongi trying to read her mom's eyes and then he finally asked
"Who is the donor?"
"It's not in my right to tell it to you because she wanted it to be anonymous"
"Just tell me, I know I'll have nothing to do with it but just goddam tell me" at this point he was losing his patience and then his mom broke down making him more anxious
"Mom?" for the first time in 10 years he called her mom and his mom was happy but yet hurt for the words that she was about to say will break his son
"Mom! Please tell me it's not her"
"Yoongi, she said that she did not cry but smiled on her last moment because she knew she loved you till her breath and that you meant everything to her" as the words left her mouth, Yoongi stood there frozen, he felt nothing he was numb and his world started revolving around him
"I'm sorry" she cried out hugging him
"Yoongi?"
"Why will you hide this from me?" asked him after what seemed like an hour
"She did not want you to know"
"Where is she? This is a prank right" he laughed out like a maniac
"Yoongi she's not here anymore"
"Mom! Please don't lie, please tell me it's all a lie" he cried out and fell down on his knees
"I'm sorry! I'm very sorry"
"Can I see her for the last time?"
"Yes, I can take you to her body" as she said 'her body' Yoongi felt like he can no longer live.

Yoongi's P.O.V

As I stepped close to her body and opened the cover from her face I longer was alive, she was laying on her death bed looking as beautiful as that day when I first fell in love with her. Only she made me 'feel' love and now she has made me 'feel' the worst pain too. 'Was this all true? Why will she do this? She promised she'd stay by my side forever, why did she lie?' all the questions were in my head and I knew I was not thinking straight, I must be dreaming.
"Mom! I'm just dreaming right? Please wake me up from this nightmare. I don't wanna live with her heart in me. I want to live with her. Mom please wake me up. Please"
"Yoongi please strong for her. You have to live with her heart, you have to be strong for her"
"She just can't leave me like this. She can't."

3rd Person P.O.V

"Hey! Wake up. You can't do this to me. Wake up! Please." he called her out for he know she never said no to her but that was when she was alive. Now, all she is a death body with no heart.
"I don't want your heart, I want you" as he said this his heart ached, this all seemed like some scene in a movie but this was all real, his words did hurt her, so her heart which is in him ached.
"My love! I love you" was the last word he said to her body which was being taken away from him
