When they started talking, their jawbone moved, but because there wasn't any skin left on their skeleton, it looked magically and sinister.
They said: "Hello Asha. I am the Grim Reaper. You may have heard of me. You were a good soul. You may want to come with me."
The voice was calming and I didn't expect the softness I detected.
The hood covered most of the Grim Reaper's skull, but in a quick moment I could glance at the empty eye sockets.
All in all the Grim Reaper made a sad impression on me, although maybe it was more pitied or regretting than sad.
They raised their hand, that was only bones, so that I could take it, and when I did, they carried me, or my soul, whatever I was now, into the underground.
I asked them: "Why do you need to accompany me? Couldn't I just wake up wherever we are going?"
They hesitated before they raised their voice and spoke: "You were a good soul..."
After a few seconds they continued: "I will protect you."
