My life is a little bit hectic. And by a little bit I mean a lot. My dad's the boss, or 'leader', of a government agency, they call themselves 'The Commission'. I'm not really sure what they do, all I know is that he's kind of like the FBI, you know. Takes down the bad guys and all that jazz.

They're focused mainly on the Valencia at the moment. All my dad has told me is that the Valencia is a mafia corporation, he doesn't tell me much about what he does for work, but I know he works really hard.

He's pretty overprotective, ever since mum died when I was 11, he's been a bit of a helicopter parent, my younger sister Stella never knew our mum, she died when Stella was born.

Dad has some pretty solid rules, like making sure Stella and I are home schooled, no boyfriends, home by 11 every night. Not that I go out often. An 18, almost 19, year old who was home schooled, you don't get many friends. Except for Paisley and Freya, they've been my best friends since we were in like 1st grade, before I was home schooled. They're pretty great.

Growing up and living in London is alright. It's quite big so there's a fair few thing to do, pretty good shopping malls, movie theatres, bowling allies, arcades... now that I think about it, that's really all we have. It's not a bad thing, I love it here, definitely won't be raising any kids here though. I plan to move somewhere bigger and better, not sure yet but I'll figure it out. I'll go to university first and sort myself out after that.

Dad tells me that eventually I'm going to have to take over his place in the commission... not too sure how he expects me to do that if he never tells me anything about his work. He lets me come with him sometimes, but he only lets me walk around the ground floor, he says that the first, second and third floors are off limits, that's probably where all the cells are for Valencia members that they arrest.

I've never met any members of the Valencia but I'm going to try and convince dad to let me listen in on one of the interrogations he does with them, since he expects me to know how to do everything when I 'take over' The Commission for him.

Who knows... maybe I'll actually like taking over for my dad.
