'' You what?! '' – Selena shouted, surprised. – '' What? '' – I looked at her. – '' You talked to Joe?! OMG! The world is going to end '' – Selena said and I rolled my eyes. – '' and I had a fight with Zac too, about him '' – I layed on her bed, looking at the ceiling.
'' what happened? '' – she layed beside me. I began told tell her everything about it, making her face even more shocked. – '' And when I was leaving I bumped into him '' – I sighed. – '' wow, im still shocked you guys talked without a fight '' – she chuckled and I laughed a little. – '' Same here '' – I smiled. – '' so, what's gonna happen with Zac '' – she asked. – '' I don't know…but what I do know is that I won't take another crap from him, I don't have time for that shit '' – I sat up, shaking my head.
'' Yeah, we all know you '' – Selena grinned. – '' Except him '' – I laughed and stood up. – '' See you tomorrow '' – I walked towards the door. – '' hold on, let me tell mom to give you a ride home '' – she followed me.
Next morning
'' Can we talk? '' – Zac stood behind me. I rolled my eyes, closing my locker and turning to him. – '' There's nothing to talk about '' – I hugged my books staring at him. – '' Come on demi, why do you care so much about that asshole?! I mean, it's not my fault coach kicked him out! '' – he lookd at him and i closed my eyes, taking a deep breath.
'' I just think is unfair '' – I patted his arm and started to walk away. – '' Come on! '' – he grabbed m arm and I quickly push him away. – '' Don't touch me like that! '' – I gave him a look and he sighed. – '' why are you defending him so much?! He's an asshole '' – at that moment Joe passed by us and stood once he heard Zac.
'' What did you say? '' – Joe looked at Zac and he sighed. – '' nothing '' – he replied. I scoffed. – '' that you're an asshole '' – I said and walked away. I don't have time for that crap. I'm so mean.
Lunch time
We were sitting in our table, all except Zac of course. I didn't want to see him at all.
'' So then, the guy fell and hit himself in the nuts…and well everybody laughed '' – Nick chuckled and I shook my head. – '' No babies for him '' – I nodded.
'' Did you record it? '' – Joe asked and Nick shook his head. – '' I couldn't man, I forgot '' – Joe shook his head in deception. – '' You suck man '' – nick rolled his eyes. – '' fuck you ''
'' So, what's gonna happen with The Guy? '' – Nick looked at me and I sighed. – '' I don’t know and I don't want to talk about it '' – I looked at him and he nodded. – '' alright, alright…but if you want me to kick his ass, you let me know '' – he smiled at me and I laughed. – '' I sure will, you know me babe '' – I winked at him and smiled.
'' by the way, are you working on the scholarship thing? '' – Nick turned to Joe and he shook his head. – '' I can't do anything about it, apparently I lost it '' – he looked at him. – '' Wow, that's bullshit '' – Joe sighed and nodded. – '' The probably gave it to Zac '' – I looked at them. – '' there's a possibility '' – he replied. – '' He's working on ruining my life '' – Nick scoffed. – '' By messing with your future? '' – Joe Shrugged.
'' Let's not talk about it '' – he looked at Nick and sighed.
Let's fast forward this crap. So a couple of weeks passed and things were getting bad between Zac and Mr. Hoe hoe. I seriously lost count on how many time they've fight. The last one was 40 minutes ago, they went overboard and Mr. Hoe end up in the nursery with black eye and probably a broken nose. But who cares? Apparently, you do Demi. Fuck!
'' Stop getting into fights, Jonas '' – the nurse shouted which made me laugh. – '' Sorry '' – he replied holding a bag of ice in his eye. – '' better be, you can leave before I change my mind and splash you more alcohol on that cut '' she looked at him. Joe quickly stood up and walked out. I laughed with the nurse. – '' Works every time '' – she said. – '' That's a good one '' – I smiled and walked out.
'' Now, you come with me '' – I looked at him. – '' Why? '' – he frowned. – '' shut up and follow '' – I started to walk towards my locker. Once I got there, I opened it and grabbed a concealer from my backpack. – '' what's that ? '' – he asked. – '' make up, duh! '' – I replied. – '' eww '' – I rolled my eyes. – '' do you want everyone to see that? '' – I pointed to his eye and he sighed. – '' thought so.. now, close that goddamn eye and let me do this '' – I looked at him and he did as I said.
'' Why are you helping me? '' – he asked. – '' Do you want me to leave? I don't have to do this, you know.. consider yourself lucky..again '' – I replied and he let out a chuckled. – '' Alright then '' – he replied. – '' you're lucky we have the same color, otherwise you'd look pretty stupid '' – I laughed. – '' done '' – I put everything back and closed my locker. – '' Thanks '' – he looked at me. – '' you're welcome, that'll be 10 bucks '' – I stick out my hand.
'' what? '' – he stared at me. – '' yes, I need money to buy my lunch '' – I stared at him. – '' you have got to be kidding me '' – he looked away. – '' either you gave me the money or you go out and buy it for me…you choose '' –I crossed my arms. – '' fine '' – he handed me the money. I smiled. – '' aww, thanks hoe, you're so nice! '' – I took the money messed his hair. – '' later '' – I walked away.
