"How about this one, Ellie?" Diane asks as she holds up a black crop top to Elizabeth's chest.

The silverette lightly chuckles as she grabs the clothing. "I'll be fine with whatever you think, Diane," she kindly says. Diane smiles brightly as she turns around and walks back into the clothing store, leaving Elizabeth in the changing room.

It's probably around nearly one in the afternoon, and Meliodas had sent Diane with Elizabeth to buy Elizabeth some more clothing. Despite Elizabeth saying that she could just drive to her apartment and grab some of her clothing there, Meliodas insisted the brunette accompany the silverette to any clothing store they wished.

Elizabeth couldn't help but be a bit confused though. Why even make the women go through the effort of purchasing new clothes for Elizabeth when she had plenty at her own home?

Maybe this was just a way of getting the two women to hang out and get to know each other.

So far, Diane had picked out a thin long-sleeved t-shirt, a short sleeved shirt, a few pairs of rather short shorts, and a single pair of tight jeans. The silverette doesn't mind shopping with Diane; the complete opposite, actually. She likes spending time with the brunette even if she did meet her just yesterday. Diane has shown her nothing but kindness, and it's really refreshing.

A shaky exhale leaves Elizabeth's lips. How much money are these clothes going to cost?

The brunette comes back with two skirts, and thankfully they aren't as short as the skirt for her bar uniform. But in all seriousness, what in the world was Meliodas thinking? Is he just really that much of a pervert that he's making both her and Diane wear such revealing clothing? Does... Does Meliodas think of Diane that way?

Even if he does, it's none of Elizabeth's business...

But, something deep inside Elizabeth can't help but think about it. Moreover, why does it bother her so much? The silverette barely knows the guy; she shouldn't feel so attached to him already. After all, Elizabeth doubts Meliodas even likes her already.

She's nothing more than just extra and useless baggage...

At some point, the brunette and the silverette leave the clothing store with two bags full of clothes for Elizabeth. They walk around town (though, Elizabeth would have preferred driving, but Diane insisted they walk. She had said something along the lines of "can't have people tailing us back to the bar") and they talk about random things.

"When I first met King, he was really nice and stuff y'know," Diane says as they walk. "After a week or two, he started stuttering on his words and blushing a lot around me. It's kinda cute, I'll admit." Elizabeth lightly chuckles.

"It sounds like he has a crush on you," Elizabeth responds and Diane blushes.

"N-No, that can't be true!"

Elizabeth only laughs a bit harder. Diane likes King, too. The brunette pouts at the other woman. "Okay, well what about you?"

"Huh?" She quirks her eyebrows together as her ocean eyes meet Diane's purple. "What about me?" Diane smiles bright as she takes Elizabeth's free hand and tears their gaze to look in front of them.

"Boss. You like him, right?" What? Was Diane out of her mind? How could Elizabeth develop such feelings for Meliodas only after three days of knowing him? And even if she did, there's still that whole mysterious side to him! The blonde could keep secrets from her with no problem!

Not to mention the trust issues Elizabeth has. She really only trusts Gil, her sisters, and Arthur. And, well, Diane too, she supposes.

"No, of course not!" Elizabeth denies. "I-I can't. I've only known him for three days, and regardless... I have a hard time trusting people," she admits, holding her head low. The silver haired woman hears Diane laugh. Elizabeth looks up, but Diane is still looking forward.
