Chapter 14 - First Full Moon Night Of The Engagement

~Neat morning~

Everyone woke up early to check whether the preparations were ready. Everyone ate their breakfast and went around to check the palace and found everything was right and set for the Engagement to take place at night. Rael seem to go to the other part of the palace to check the preparations as no one saw him after breakfast not even Rajak. After that they heard a piece of bad news, of course when everything was right something had to happen, the pianist who was also a knight was supposed to play the piano in the altar for the Engagement, had his hand broken in training.

~In the tea room~

Everyone except for Raizel and Raskreia and Rael was gathered and discussing what to do now, as tonight was the engagement.

Karius:- Well, now who is supposed to play the piano??

Rozaria:- Well, there are other pianists, but they are either beginners or still learning.

Claudia:- Then, how is the engagement going to take place??

Olivia:- Well, does anyone else know who to play the piano when???

Ludis:- Wait, mother, you know how to play the piano right, you use to play when you were free.

Flora:- Ludis dear, I use to play when you were just 10 years old, it has been so long seen I played the piano that I even forgot the basics.

Ludis:- Oh *disappointed*

Just then the nobles hear a piano being played in a low volume as if it was on purpose so that nobody will hear it, but nobles who have a keen sense of hearing and hear the slightest of sounds and of course the children do not hear it. They followed the music and came to a door from where the music was coming from. The sound of the piano was coming from there, the one who was playing it was a beautiful song.

Emilia:- I wonder who could play piano this beautifully????

Isabella:- Same

Regis:- Well, if we do find out who then it can solve our problem.

Rajak went and opened the door very lightly without making a sound a peeked inside to see who was playing the piano so beautifully and so quietly, only to see his beloved baby brother was sitting in front of the piano with a smile on his face and playing the piano.

Ragar:- Rajak, who is it???

Rajak:- R..Rael is the one who is playing the piano. *still shocked*

Everyone:- *shocked and peeked inside and saw Rael playing the piano*

Rozaria:- *whisper* I didn't know that Rael could play the piano so beautifully.

Karius:- *whisper* Me either, Rajak did you know??

Rajak:- *whisper* No, even this is my first time seeing him play an instrument.

After a minute he finished playing and sighed and keep his hands in his lap and closed his eyes, he had a satisfied smile.

Previous Lord:- *clapped* Well done, Rael *comes inside with a smile*

Everyone:- *follows*

Rael:- *turns around in shock and wide eyes* W..W... How long were you all standing outside??
