Riddle's Ravenclaw [Mattheo riddle]

It's been a week. Which means Emily and Mattheo needed to make a decision. Friends or lovers.

"Mattheo we need to talk. Me and you both know you've been avoiding this conversation" Emily Said with her arms crossed

"Fine." Mattheo huffed.

They both walked into a spare classroom.
Emily sat down on the dusty desk and sighed.

"So what do you want to talk about?" Mattheo said in an almost angry tone.

"It's been a week. we need to talk about our decision. are we just gonna be friends... or more..?" Emily said hesitantly

"I don't know! i- i mean i like you. i really do but- i... i don't know." Mattheo sighed looking down.

"i understand. we'll just be friends for know, but if you ever change your mind let me know." Emily said with a fake smile on her face .

She stormed out of the classroom slightly angry at the fact that he didn't want to be with her. Emily walked up to the Ravenclaw common room where Ace was with Cho. After she passed them making them look at her, She ran up to her dorm. Ace following.

"Emily open up!" Ace shouted

"go away!" Emily said in between sobs

"what happened?"

"Me and Mattheo are just friends."

"and you want to be more then that. don't you?"

"Yes! god yes!" Emily shouted.

Emily heard some shuffling outside her dorm door. She heard the voice she least wanted to hear. Mattheos.

"Listen Emily. I like you i do. but i don't think i'm ready." Mattheo said

"Go. Away." Emily mumbled loud enough so he could hear.

She heard footsteps. Mattheos. As he walked away. leaving her in a pool of her own tears. hopeless. alone.... heartbroken.
