2. they realize their feelings

I. MIYAMURA

. miyamura realized he liked you when he first felt his heart flutter when you fell asleep during his visit at your house

. he liked seeing you at ease and not tense because of awkward situations or overthinking

. he left a note and covered you with a blanket as he left, but he thought about it again the next day

. part of him wanted to be in denial since your friendship was so comfortable at this point

. and he didn't know if confessing would cross any boundaries you had bc, of his knowledge, you'd never been in a relationship

. miyamura didn't want to take chances until he knew you were okay with a relationship

. plus, he needed to think a few things through, first

. especially how he'd talk to you the next day

K. HORI

. nope. no. it wasn't possible.

. she was not falling for her closest friend.

. nope. it'd be too awkward.

. she was worried about this happening when you got closer, but hori never wanted to distance herself. it'd make things exponentially worse

. she came to terms with this crush when she saw how well you took care of both souta and (s/n) after school days when she was busy

. hori loved your personality and admired your bold behavior in and outside of school, she loved how you expressed yourself the same in and out of school and didn't care what people thought since you seemed happy

. souta had asked, "onee-chan, are you and (y/n)-san in love?"

. she exclaimed that she didn't know what he was talking about, where did he get that from, etc.

. souta said he could tell, and he liked it when you were around so he wouldn't mind

. in reality, he just didn't want his onee-chan to be alone (he's best boy)

. the next time you came over, hori was extremely jittery and whenever you spoke to her she'd get startled

. and she'd get mad at you for startling her

. no way in hell she could live through directly confessing to you

T. ISHIKAWA

. tooru realized his feelings pretty early

. he wasn't the type to have crushes solely on looks, though, so you could say your looks had attracted him/caught his attention in the first place, but he certainly didn't like you just because of them

. he noticed that he probably would end up liking you when your conversations started becoming more frequent and casual, but he silently hoped he wouldn't fall for you

. he knew it'd cause a lot more complications

. but the sliver of hope that you liked him back kept him close to you

. tooru always knew he cared, but he only knew how much when he caught himself observing you during lunch. he wanted to distance himself but become closer at the same time
