Sorry but I like someone else

I'm Kinoshita Kazuya and somehow I have a girlfriend and we have been together for a whole month, once in the heat of the moment we even kissed which was heavenly bliss for me but I now found myself on my way to collage and that's when I saw her, my girlfriend, my whole world, Mami Nanami. As I approached the edges of my vision became cloudy, Mami turns around and looks at me before closing her eyes tilting her head and smiling, now the mist is covering everything buy her face and now a blackness is creeping forward. She then looks at me and says in her normal cheerful tone "Sorry Kazuya-Kun but I like someone else so we can't be together anymore." then I blacked out.

WHY DID YOU THINK YOU COULD MAKE IT LAST WITH SOMEONE LIKE HER... My eyes are open as I sink deeply into the watery depths of my sleeping brain, the scene playing over above the water while the noise is dulled by the still blue water around me so clear that I can see my whole body. ONLY THE BEST THAT'S WHAT SHEE DESERVES AND YOU KNOW IT... There's the voice again, the one that stabs at my insecurities until I just want to die inside, but it isn't wrong I know that despite wanting to make her happy my inexperience was making it less enjoyable for Mami. You can stop this future though and equipped with this dream you have the power to change it. This is a new voice one I don't know well yet and as it finishes speaking I'm flooded with images and sensations that I can only guess make up memories but they are to scrambled to be of much use, I see a brunette girl and the name Mizuhara comes to mind for some reason, I deduce that she must be a girl I meet after the breakup and has enough of an impact to be important on how to change it. With the weapon of knowledge of future events I swim up towards the surface to prevent the breakup with Mami.

I awaken covered from head to toe in a cold sweat, my body is all clammy and my breathing is heavy and forced. I grab my phone to check the time, it's 2:18 in the morning and I decide to let Mami sleep instead of waking her to talk about the plan I had in mind. Deciding against it, I pull on my warmest clothes and go for a walk around the neighbourhood to calm down a little bit. Eventually the sun comes over the horizon and I decide that now would be a good time to go home and shower before asking Mami if she was free that day. As I prepare to walk up the stairs my head starts to feel like it's going to split and as I cusp my head in my hands I feel someone bump into me sending me toppling over. there's a thud as I hit the ground before I hear a voice nearby say "I am so sorry, here let me help you." I'm then pulled to my feet and before me I see... Mizuhara. Streaks of red hot pain cause me to grab my head as a memory of Mizuhara and me at an aquarium starts to fade to a white a black photo in my mind. Mizuhara looks at me worried "Are you feeling ok?" she questions before continuing "If you'd like I can help you to your house if you'd like." I smile and nod sheepishly and point to my door "Just that one there." I say in a rather raspy voice. Am I dying why do I sound like I haven't drunk in three days. She looks up and chuckles a cute little laugh "Funny, I guess that means we are neighbours." she said as we arrive at my door. She grabs my keys and unlocks the door before guiding me onto my bed lying me down and pulling the blankets up to cover me. She points to my phone "Want me to text or call anyone to inform them your feeling down?" She asks me before handing it to me to unlock. As I hand it back I tell her to tell Mami but no one else, "So Mami and no one else." she says as she types a message to Mami I presume before telling me "I'll put my number in so if you ever feel lonely just text ok." she says smiling before placing my phone down and turning to leave but she stops with her hand on the door before turning around smiling and saying "Before I forget I am Chizuru Ichinose but you can call me Mizuhara."
