Luca's POV
I hugged Alberto as tight as I could, holding him close to me. It felt like forever when I hugged him. Soon we let go of each other and backed away "It's nice to see you again Alberto!" Alberto did his favorite pose and just looked me up and down and bit his bottom lip like he did when I first actually walked on the surface. We started giggling a little.
"Mom, is it alright if I go to Alberto's house for a little bit or maybe we can go to the island for the night!" I watched as my sat there with a worried looked for a few seconds before she finally answered me. "I guess you can go, just be safe. Got it?" "I'll be safe don't worry" "Okay, I love you, you know that right?" " Yes I know you love me and I love you too" I walk over to Giulia and Massimo before we head off "I guess we'll see you guess tomorrow" "Okay, I'll make your favorite for tomorrow" Me and Alberto looked at each other with a happy look on both of our faces.
Me and Alberto started running towards the water. I looked back to see Massimo and Giulia walking into the house "Are you coming Luca?" "I'm coming" I jump in the water and start swimming towards the island with Alberto by my side.
"Alberto is your best friend Luca you can't like your best friend!" I closed my eyes for a few seconds...

Alberto's POV
Me and Luca were swimming to the island and staying the night there. I looked over to see that Luca's eyes were closed, I just kinda figured that he was only closing them for a few seconds. I looked away looking forward once more. After a little bit I realized look wasn't beside me any more. I turned around and I didn't see him at all.
I started going back the way I came, looking for Luca. After swimming for awhile I found him laying on the ground "Holy sh- is he okay?!" I swam as fast as I could to get to him. I started shaking him as hard as could hoping he would wake up "Come on Luca! Wake up!" After awhile I stopped shaking him "Luca please wake up.." I picked him up, putting him on my back. I eventually got to the island and layed him down on the ground. I started climbing up the tower to get started on making a nice comfy bed for him for when he wakes up. I grabbed a blanket and some pillows I took from Massimo's house for when me and Luca wanted to stay the night here on the island.
I went back down to carry up Luca. He's pretty light for his age and he wasn't this skinny when he left so tomorrow I'm going to make him eat.
