Part 1: The Scientists

Krotos walks on as the gigantic door closes it creaks behind him while he walks onward. A loud thud closed the door as Krotos did not look back and kept walking. The snow breezes as the trees stood still and only the sound of muffled footsteps were made.

Krotos sees a small bridgeway in the snowy forest as he walks on it, he hears more creaks. Just as his boots pressed on the wooden floor, he hears another creak behind him. Turning around a bone launches past his cheek.

As it just cut his flesh, he sees a tall skeleton wearing a grey lab coat with a smile that extends to his cheek bones.

In fear Krotos shoots an arrow at the skeleton however, it vanished and reappeared as the arrow misses its target.

Staying vigilant Krotos keeps his distance from it.

The skeleton extends his hand towards him as a blue aura surrounds Krotos' body as he hovers in the air.

The skeleton launches multiple bone attacks at Krotos as he is stranded in the air.

By sheer luck, he dodges the projectiles as the skeleton releases him which Krotos falls to the ground.

Bruised Krotos is about to get up, but then starts to hear a sound from the floor.

Krotos instinctively jumps away as a stack of blue bones arise out from the ground. Landing on his feet Krotos hears a reviving sound behind him.

He turns around to see a giant rhinoceros skull floating in the air.

The skull emanates a blue light from its mouth charging some sort of beam.

Suddenly it fires at Krotos as the impact of the blast creates smoke around the area. The skeleton waits for the smoke to clear as he sees the human on the snowy floor.

Krotos gets up blurting out "Oh fuck me!"

The skeleton realised that the human avoided his attack and is unscathed.

The skeleton scoffs as Krotos runs as fast as he could fleeing from the skeleton. Seeing the human run away the skeleton decides not to pursue him yet.

The skeleton mutters, "Until we meet again human!"

The skeleton vanishes.

Far away Krotos takes a moment to catch his breath.

Krotos said to himself "I see now... That's why you were so afraid of me going out. (Referring to Toriel)"

Gaining his breath, he walks on continuing his journey.

In the distance Krotos sees three monsters.

One is a giant bird and the other two are gigantic carrots.

As the monsters gain sight on the human, they become aggressive, so they started an assault. Immediately Krotos shoots the bird in the chest as it falls to the ground.

The two carrot monsters get closer to the human as he then charges at them violently whacking one of them with his bow.

The carrot is shocked however, it also gets bludgeoned by the bow as all the monsters are knocked out on the floor.

They all spit out dust from their mouths as it spreads on their bodies.

With no remorse Krotos goes to the bird monster pulling out his arrow from it as dust spurts out. They are severely injured, but Krotos walks away leaving them behind.

Carrying on his journey Krotos started to feel hungry however he ignores his hunger. Walking on bridges and passing the trees he eventually sees a snowy landscape.
