Sky took Flora's old chair and brought it closer to Prudence in order to sit a few steps away from her. Riven stood away from Prudence and Sky, leaning against the wall, next to the door. Prudence, as for her, had absolutely nothing to do with all the tension that weighed in the room, she only smiled.
"Do you know how to do anything other than smile?" Riven asked Prudence in a cold tone, a little bitter because of Prudence's attempt to kill him. Prudence scoffed and Sky signalled Riven to shut up and to let him do this.
"Why are you doing all this? You hurt Saul and tried to kill Riven, so now I'd like an explanation." Sky demanded that Prudence give him the answers to his questions, but Prudence shook her head in discontent.
"So what? I am sorry to hurt your father, but he is alive, so you have nothing to reproach me, now free me before I decide to destroy the whole school." Prudence's eyes began to turn light blue and the room was even colder than before.
"We have nothing to reproach you for? So what happened in the weapons reserve? We noticed the water. »
"It was just one sacrifice and there will be more if everyone prevents me from achieving my goal." Prudence answered him calmly and Sky was about to ask what her purpose was, when suddenly the door to the room opened and Riven suddenly burst to the noise. Musa entered the room observing the scene unfolding in front of her and she closed the door behind her.
"Is it Terra who sends you?" Riven asked her suspiciously because he had met her before but Riven was not really a fan of the girl knowing that she could get into his head and know his emotions.
"Of course." Musa simply replied and got closer to Sky and Prudence. All noticed that Musa seemed to have cried before coming here but no one pointed out to her. No one except Prudence.
"It seems that you had a bad day. Did you cry before coming here because your boyfriend was dying? Prudence asked and Musa briefly looked at Sky and Riven before staring at Prudence.
"How do you know about that?" Musa asked her and she got considerably closer to Prudence while Sky and Riven looked at each other, confused by the situation.
"I have my secrets and, the way I know that, is one of them." Prudence gave her a smirk, but Musa suddenly put her two index fingers on both sides of Prudence's head, at her temple. Prudence suddenly inhaled and fell asleep, Musa collapsed on the ground and Riven, and Sky ran near them to check that they were still breathing.
When Musa opened her eyes, Prudence was lying next to her, she did not seem asleep but just unconscious, almost as if she had died. Musa rushed to Prudence's side and took her pulse, she hardly felt it. Musa looked around her and noticed that they were in a forest that seemed completely frozen. She was increasingly confused until she noticed that Prudence's sleeve was up. Musa turned her arm over and saw that something was engraved on it: eight.
Musa frowned and got up to check the surroundings, she walked for a little while and suddenly arrived in a village. Around her, absolutely everything was frozen. She continued to advance and noticed that the place was deserted. At one point, she froze on the spot at the sight that appeared before her: an old woman who was sitting in a chair outside her house, was completely frozen. Musa ran to join her and to look at her more closely but when she approached the old lady who was near the door, she widened her eyes with horror and fear. She moved back unconsciously and looked around briefly wondering if what she saw was also in all houses. She entered the house and approached a girl who was completely frozen and who seemed to beg to be spared. She looked around and saw a man trying to reach her, he was also frozen.
"I guess it was her father." Musa said to herself aloud and she looked if there was anyone else in the house. She opened a door that led to a room and saw 3 children getting bogged down and praying for someone to come and save them. They were also frozen from head to toe. Then Musa went into the kitchen and saw a girl, also frozen, who seemed a little older than the other children and who was obviously a fire fairy because Musa could see a frozen flame in her hand, this girl was protecting another child, frozen, who seemed terrified and who stood behind her back. Musa went to see if there was no one in the bathroom and in the other rooms and then suddenly understood.
"Eight... " "They are eight." Musa said to herself and she tried to think about what it all meant when she heard a voice coming from outside. She couldn't figure out what the voice was saying so she came out of a room and went outside. She fell face to face with a woman who seemed to be in her fifties. The woman was alive, she had black hair like jet and purple eyes like amethyst. She was rather tall and seemed sad but also determined.
"Who are you?"
"Think about it a little bit, you have the answer on the tip of your tongue." The old woman told her as she began to take the hundred steps.
"You're a fairy of the mind, I see it with your eyes and you're definitely the one who mentally controls Prudence, aren't you?" Musa asked her while watching her walk, to be honest Musa was a little scared of the woman even though she was in Prudence's mind, and she knew nothing could happen to her.
"You're right even though it wasn't really hard to deduce. »
"What do you want her to do? Why are you doing all this? »
"Why? Haven't you figured it out yet? All the answers are around you Musa, do you know many fairies that are able to freeze an entire village?" The woman raised an eyebrow to express her superiority and Musa laughed at her.
"You're insinuating that Prudence is the one who caused all this? You are sick. »
"I'm not insinuating anything, I'm telling you."
