the mystic and the water priestess

The beginning

A/T: This is random ik but this is just for me and my best friend, i'd be amazed if anyone ever saw this other then us, but if you do see this, enjoy! and please give me some criticism :)

I just stood there, I didn't know why nor did I care. The only thing I was focusing on was the anxiety bubbling in my chest; that and the loving squeeze I felt on my hand.

Today was the first day Lauren and I were coming to a school we had always dreamed about, the school in another universe. WhiteChapple High! As Lauren and I walked in quietly, through the halls, I felt a chill down my spine; feeling loads of eyes burning into the back of my head.

Before I could say a word I heard a very familiar voice, swiftly moving to the side to try and avoid the holder of said voice but failing miserably and falling straight into them with a slightly strangled yelp (what a doof -.-) 

"I-I'm really sorry i was meant to go the other way and i guess i just misjudged how close i was to someone" i let out a string of words without fully thinking about what i was saying before hearing a nervous chuckle and felt a hand helping me up

"It's fine, really. New school year jitters i'm guessing? My names Ethan, but you already know that since you're the new babysitter for Jane" the boy i bumped into said, the end of his statement sounding more like a question then an answer.

I quickly nodded as i readjusted the bag strap on my shoulder, hearing Lauren let out a muffled laugh slip out past her hand covering her mouth which didn't help at all may i add ;-; 

just before another word was spoken the bell rang, allowing me to let a deep sigh out i didn't even know i was holding, ironic huh? none the less we quickly exchanged goodbyes before i grabbed Lauren and scrambled to our first class full of weird test tubes and chemicals; also known as chemistry :)
